we feel for the employees who have lost their salary. Some on hear have also lost considerable sums of hard earned money. Hopefully we see an end to this soon for all of our sakes.

Looks like the GG are trying to negotiate down the level of vat rebate due to make payment. 80 annual salarys will be a considerable sum of money even with an average of around 18/20k.

Lest hope it resolves for the better soon.

Now given that there is a complete lock down from both GG and FRR regarding arbitration and from OMF and FRR regarding the multiple cc- some by FRR and some by OMF.

Is it really any surprise that there has been next to no communication between TT and FRR

If there is no PR , No marketing, No investor relations related info why the flock would they be in contact. Even if they have had regular contact and given the current lock down in Comms - TT is a highly professional individual whos very business relies on discretion and client confidentiality- Do you think he would say? given the personal and work connections of Levan with frontera- I totally agree MP, its highly unlikely that it has been an ungracious parting of the ways but more a facilitating move, in my opinion.
If there was indication that the finance and legal teams were required to finalise the detail you wouldnt expect them to be moving on.

Id guess their work and skill set is no longer required.

Remember its all noise and stalling tactics according to KM. If you tune into that thought process it makes a lot of sense.

Mole, Coggy and R8 have all been on block 12 which is fairly unaccessable in large parts and where it is accesable you would probably not get near anything that might be of interest.

Worth asking these 3 for their opinion though- as i say- they have actually been on the ground there with Zaza
