just for *** packet calculations but once all new share are issued at 2p for takeover gunna be a lot of shares

say for example valued at 2p for £150 million which is the current valuation. everytime it goes up by 1p that's £75million on the market cap. how is this gunna rise into the pennies eg 5p =375million 10p= 750million as the separate valuations are nowhere near this.

please advise if my logic is wrong ... ps shouldn't be dropping either
