notsure, well the interesting point for me is the when the owner sells (and I don't think he is at the moment) it is purchased by (or transferred to) the family.
Interestingly today there are some reasonably sized buys, (today all buys).
The company seems to know it's stuff and being located in Germany is well placed to take advantaged of any opportunities.
Good luck with your decision
Qd22.
Item 2. Covered by G&M (bloody well I think)
Item 3. My take here is that I believe that the BOD are covering the aces they need to gain traction they won't let hard earned research IP slip through their figures.
Maybe that doesn't answer your question but I think that maybe you are overthinking the situation.
Item 4 (i) "is this a fill in?" Who knows? Who cares? As long as it creates revenue
Item 4(ii) For me the mind set of the BOD is all about getting the product out there, gaining market share they have a good "products", they have committed £90Mil+ and the cash runway is still in need of support so for me this Collaboration is fantastic.
"what now" you asked. Well how about having a re-read of the mission statement and history it might answer some of your concerns. I am heavily invested - not yet in the blue but I believe it is one to halve and hold. Hope I have been of help.
Qd22, that was a thought provoking post, my response is .........
1. So this is the USA, litigation, highly regulated industry, no win no fee .... for me the key is in the term " manufacturing agreement" for both organisations they cannot risk making a stupid mistake leaving themselves open to attack from Lawyers so the process - who does what, when, where, how etc etc will be cast in stone. (he say's without any proof as you did not mention MOU). "Too suspicious?" I think so, maybe it could have been better scripted. Just my opinion.

By Molly Burgess on May 12, 2020 Translate NEWS
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH has reported a successful start to the year with a record quarter one order intake of €6.4m.
The Bavarian company’s record-breaking quarter follows the news a partnership with APEX Energy Teterow to open a grid-connected hydrogen plant, which is scheduled for completion in June.
Proton Motor to open new grid-connected hydrogen plant
“Our quality products play a significant role in preventing global warning,” said Roman Kotlarzewski, Board Member and Finance Director at Proton Motor Fuel Cell.
“We continue to see sustainable indicators in the market that the strategic investments in high-tech development by Proton Motor over the last two decades have paid off.”
Hi G&M You mention "Pay day tomorrow" in a couple of your posts, It's none of my business I know but it sounds like you are investing** (**AIM is closer to gambling) when maybe you just be saving, You have heard it before but only invest** what you can afford to loose or lock away for a long time , we are in uncharted waters (cv19) don't get me wrong I think TRX is a good punt for several reasons but just don't get caught up in the recent price surge it may (might) fall back........Nobody knows. Good luck and stay safe
The share price has now reached my Buy trigger point, before I pile in with my vast wealth I cannot seem to find any progress to justify why I should do this.................are we still on the research path?
What have I missed? We have some big name main shareholders who seem extremely patient, so I must be missing something.
I welcome your factual views. Quotes from the extremely highly paid CEO are in my view are considered wishful thinking.

B2HS2L- Sonnets - Walkingbear,
Thanks guys that was enjoyable - and none of us got personal, quality discussion.
ATB ....OB
B2HS2L. Good post but I can't agree that the litigation was "buried" It was where it should be for all to see in the relevant Year End a/c.
"The present management are taking far too long to decide to accept a loan or strike a deal with an 'investor' " We don't know what the management are doing re the negotiation for Funding for the sake of my nerves I would like to hear some news and preferably good news lets not go for "any deal" you wouldn't do that on a home mortgage would you?
"Now that two US govnt loans have turned up, the board intends to spend cash on lengthening the cash runway, buying themselves more time to ponder the situation." Well you don't lengthen the cash runway by "spending it" but any cash received loan or otherwise extends the cash runway. But if we change your term "ponder" to negotiate to gain time for a lower% or better terms then we are in agreement but I see this as positive and you see negative.
"They will tell us next that a UK Govnt loan is available, extending the cash runway further,"
On this subject I'm rather disappointed with TRX I wrote to them asking for the position regarding Loans from both the Uk and German governments, sadly I have not received a reply.
Lets hope for all our sakes' that when the news comes it will be super positive.I do hope that all is going well and that TRX staff are Safe from CV19.
That's just my assessment All the best B2HS2L ( going off line until the morning)
Hell I won't be getting off, just like to see the SP up a little higher, ok a lot higher, TRX has it's problems and they have been well documented and CV19 has added to it's woe's but I am sure it still ranks as a very good long term hold but this is AIM.......so fingers crossed
Sinden If you would make the first stop 1.21 that would be really useful, hell I won't even mind if it the 2nd or 3rd stop!
Awfully sorry G&M only upward movements are allowed.
The last time volume were this high (6.6mil) with emphasis on buying was 16/17 March
