Yea, sounds like the investor presentation was a bit of a dud. what did they expect you cannot get any new info on one as it would have to be in RNS. They really done just to soothe windy holders. they got our cast off who is bit of a bore anyway lol

Flyseal they had plenty of data to work on and have the DFS progressing before final EWT. A bit like the environmental study had been going on months. I imagine they just had to slip the final figures in and ready for submission. Tight at the end but major kudos for getting it done. They wouldn't have put in a half finished DFS, they have to prove commerciality for ML and indeed for JV/off take/partners which be revealed with ML imo. They won't just be sitting on hands waiting for ML. They KNOW what they got, they can show the data to interested parties then ML issued and bang off we go. Could be in production pretty quickly. However, I wouldn't mind if somebody made an offer for assets there. Take the money, nice special divi and over to States to acquire couple more licences, prove up, rinse and repeat ;-)

Doucer that is very flawed logic imo. The FACT is you don't go to the time and expense of preparing a DFS and put it forward, along with extensive environmental study, declaring it commercial if it was flawed!

Oh it will be scrutinised by us after it is released with the ML and likely financing arrangements going forward. Any you know what, I for one think it will be a blockbuster. I could sense the good feeling and happiness when discussing things with the company. They are happy with it alright!

IMO it won't come until after ML when I expect super block buster of RNS revealing much better figures than we think and information on JV/farm in/financing for development. I also think ML might come quicker than we think, after all TG is in partnership with us. I certainly would be very scared of missing out by trading, trying to make a few pennies elsewhere. Happened to me once, years ago, missed out on a lot of money, never again!

I heard back from the company via Tavistock. Lovely chat with a very nice polite man. I had asked about DFS, they were busy, I left name and number, and they had the decency to phone me back. Very good comms imo.

To keep it short basically no surprises had many enquiries about DFS. Couldn't get definitive answer Re whether going to publish before/after ML as he didn't know. But he did know his stuff Re the company that much I know. . I said strongly suspect it will be after, we discussed commercial sensitivity, I said understand but moot point whether share holders should be informed straight away but I understood if, and why not. He said will come back to me if anything different comes back after he puts it to BOD.

He did add that the BOD are just as frustrated as we are Re the market reaction and understood shareholders frustration as well. Like us sometimes things are not in your control, especially when the dark forces are at play. But reading between the lines imo they think SP should be higher as well after all they have achieved in a short time. I agree.

So there you go, if you want to ask them questions then do. I was pleasantly surprised today by their Comms. Have good weekend all you real holders and Xmas ain't that far away. Early presents all round!

Bluebay, have you flipped? ML priced in lol? are you joking? You will find when the ML is issued that almost certainly financing with be revealed at same time. You think they doing nothing while waiting for it? They have been talking to interested partied for some time now to get in place ready to hit the ground running.

Checking, and? so from google, doesn't make it wrong! How else do you think folk research info nowadays? I don't claim to be a scientist or geologist so I read up on stuff. As it happens do know a bit about it because HE1's commercial discovery is liquid, in water. Separating it is much easier and cheaper. Plus you have the water left for other commercial or even charitable uses. It is Africa after all and water is needed most places. You need higher concentrations to make it economical when dealing with hydrogen separation.

However, I am sure your BOD know this and have a plan somewhere down the line where you get to point of commercial extraction. GL nice to see you popped in here from usual haunts though ;-)

Very easy to see your figures just come from a Scoping report and very easy to try and present them as if in DFS and reserves. Maybe one day they will be, maybe more, maybe less, but at the moment those figures mean absolutely nothing in a commercial sense.

Pompey, agree, you can forward sale when "proven" commercial. That requires the DFS, environmental study and of course the Mining Licence, then you are in business. Norm, those figures are pretty much best guesswork from a Scoping Study, you make out like they are from a DFS. They are a long, long way from a DFS! your info to other users is very misleading imo

A scoping study would not be adequate support an application for a mining permit in almost any case. On the other hand, feasibility level studies are an advanced stage of investigation and would normally represent considerable expenditure. Costs of feasibility studies for major projects could be several million dollars.

How can you forward sell anything you haven wire logged even, let alone EWT, before producing DFS to show it is commercial and how it will be financed to get to production which in turn will eventually get you a Mining Licence?

You can talk to whoever you want but, Nobody is going to finance, apart from placings/raising until it is proven to them it will be commercial and they will get their money back and profit. Not on hope, not on potential, not on rhetoric, not on gas shows, not on what think you have, purely on facts....Business ABC............same for HE1 (and all others). HE1 will reveal all on ML issue. They have been in talks with various entities all the way through the process as well but nothing will come out until they have the ML in hands because nothing else counts until they do......

Olly, and thank you for the civil reply. Yes, agree, you will not have any problem getting cash. But, as you know the problem to the SP comes with the discount offered to the firm giving you the cash. Then they simply spin them on the market and SP drops to offer level. These Firms simply do not hold long term, short term profit is King and move on to the next lot. Of course this is what has happened to HE1 and hundred of AIM companies previously. It is what AIM is so no denying it...IF you have long term faith in your company/investment then it should be a short term problem. HE1 drops don't bother me although lucky with my average and top sliced. ( ps top slicing if you can is number 1 AIM rule)
