The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
IsleworthSpy - ‘The desperation to convince not only others, but himself, is clearly evident.
How sad.’
Hahaha!
Weak as p*ss fella. Is that all you’ve got left?
I’ve not crushed you into a pitiful mess like OliGarch have I?
Wolvesposty - ‘fact is your money has been downgraded 20% over last 2 years through inflation’
No my money has been compounded over time through dividends (and multiple other dividends I’ve had from
Other companies)…..it’s called investing for a reason you t*t…..so your assertion is both weak and desperate.
320p would be a very decent payday for me and I’m GLAD it’s been rejected…..anything near 400p would be a very decent payday for me on top of the dividends I’ve already received.
There was no ‘hope’ in Kretinsky. It was a fairly obvious situation. Follow the money, d*ckhead.
It’s hard work being on top of the f*cking mountain, it really is. I’ll let you shine my shoes if you ask nicely?
Wolvesposty - ‘ok you may have had the special divi. over a 3 year period’
I’ve had 4 dividends since I’ve held here including the special dividend. Wrong again pal. Lol.
‘an sp falling from £5 down to £2 in the mean time....’
I’ve bought considerably more at 200p than 500p, if you know what an average is then you’ll know that’s good new for me.
‘inflation @ 10% pa for 2 years meaning your money has lost a 1/5 over the holding period’
Haha…… I know you desperate when you’re scraping the inflation barrell!
Thicker than a nuns dildo. Puts a big smile on my face hahaha.
Wolvesposty - ‘What dividends?’
I’m not here to educate dippers.
‘if you sold at £5.50ish you would be well up......’
If my aunty had b*llocks she’d be my uncle? If you’d have gone to school and passed your exams maybe your life wouldn’t have turned out so s*it?
Haha.
IsleworthSpy - At this price I could now sell my shares tomorrow and factoring in the dividends I’ve earned over the last 3 years I would be in profit.
No what? D*ckhead? Lol.
And when the next bid comes. Which according to you won’t happen (LOL) I’ll be in significant profit.
And like other shareholders, Ian Lance as a prime example, I won’t be selling my shares unless I think it’s worth selling.
Ouch. Hurts you like a b*tch that does!
Wolvesposty - ‘We got one angry loan shark that needs money.’
We got one grinning money shark that’s awaiting our he next bid sunshine.
My grin is even bigger knowing how much my success hurts you and others on this board which is the icing on top of a very beautiful cake.
When did you get released on tag anyway?
I noticed you disappeared shortly after Simon Thompson had finished sweeping you around like a wet mop….was that when you were sent down?
Lol.
IsleworthSpy - ‘I could be wrong’
I think it’s more likely that, given your track record of making a complete t*t of yourself here that you will 100% be wrong.
Let’s remind ourselves of your brain power…..
You went on strike and lost thousands of your own money only to be shafted by the Union you pay your hard earned money to. Lol.
You said Kretinsky and VESA would NEVER under any circumstances bid for this company. Ooooops. Lol.
You said you were waiting for this to go down to a quid…..only you still look like a complete t*at as it’s not gone anywhere near. Lol.
Now 320p has been REJECTED. By the board and shareholders……those with brain cells have a good idea of what happens next.
Darwinian natural selection will work its magic on you.
WolvesDipper - ‘Aimed at the money shark.... you know the one that puts everyone down......’
Not everyone, just those lower down in the food chain than me. Which is a large percentage of the posters on this board.
‘listen to him at your peril my friend...enough said’
Listen to me and you’ll find out the facts regarding this company. Listen to you and you’ll lose brain cells.
Enough said.
Henky - ‘Just a wee question for the moneyshark why is the share price up today ?’
I’m not going to answer that question for you.
I’d much rather you get chewed up in the Darwinian natural selection process.
Science is a wonderful thing.
Redceo - Or you could find something more useful to do with your time……like staring into the abyss?
Rather than wasting your time posting here.
You offer nothing anyway, much like RT003, I do wonder sometimes whether there is a human behind the posts or whether you’re just a generic bot to fill gaps in the thread?
Phunt73 - ‘This is clearly the general concensus among members just by the amount of recommends yet you continue to post’
Yes, it makes me want to post even more knowing there’s a load of whiny b*tches that I rev off the clock whilst making a load of money……it’s brilliant :-D.
Is the general consensus going to stop me posting here? No……and what are you going to do about it apart from b*tch and moan? I’m going nowhere.
I’m powered by the tears of whinging postal workers. Which is why I’m so energised recently. Lol.
Simx - ‘and I think if his next offer is not £4.20+ he may well have thrown the opportunity away.’
Yes, and as I’ve said for a long time the power is with the shareholders of the company, despite the twaddle pedalled by IsleworthSpy, OliGarch and the band of idiots.
Not many ‘distressed sellers’ knocking about that were prophecies by the usual group of morons….
The shareholders have dug in and know what this company is worth. The large holders would rather hold their stares than sell them on the cheap…..and that’s the problem for Kretinsky.
Like you said he would have to up his bid to around 400p just to get a foot in the door I would imagine.
Sit back and enjoy the next few weeks. It’s a win win for holders.
IsleworthSpy - starter for ten points….who are these hilarious quotes from telling people VESA weren’t interested in bidding for IDS……
‘So, you are still perservering with VESA launching a takeover bid?
Why do you think this, after Daniel stating that this as not his intention?
Do you think he is lying?’
I’ll give you a clue. He’s dense and carries boxes for a living. If that helps? Hahaha.
Oligarch - I want you to tell us more about what happens now that the largest shareholders have rejected the bid?
Hahaha.
DodgeTheBullet - You sound like you don’t speak English.
Either that or you graduated from the school of dead beats. Lol.
IsleworthSpy - ‘Anybody in their right mind, who believes Daniel will make a substantially higher offer, will throw everything available, financially, at this.’
Nobody in their right mind ‘throws everything available, financially’ at anything. Which is why you’re a box carrier by trade.
‘I said as much about a week ago, and was lambasted by the knowledgeable
How dare you have a differing opinion to the great one!‘
You can have a differing opinion…..as I can quite happily call you a weapon for having it.
As I’ve already stated it won’t affect the large sum of cash that will land into my ISA if and when it happens.
Sid786 - Yes, but now the cat is out of the bag they need to be careful about how much information they keep behind closed doors so as not to break any market rules…..
Not just the board but other II’s who I think may have been surprised and disappointed about Kretinsky’s 320p bid, RedWheel in particular.
I know Ian Lance and Redwheel had a personal relationship with Kretinsky and I get the impression they may feel like they’ve been blindsided by the bid.
He’s got work to do to win over the other large holders I would think.
Phunt73 - No, I’ll admit that I was 100% correct and stand by every word I said. How’s that?
‘says more about you than it does about the bin dipping irrelevant truck driver really doesn't it?’
How so? I’m where I’m supposed to be but you’re massively out of your jurisdiction. Lol. I quite enjoy beating you around the head with knowledge and facts, especially when I’m going to make a mint out of those facts.
Watching you scramble and seeth in bitterness and resentment to those who made better life choices than you did is a thing of beauty. Frankly, I’m all for it. Lol.
Brendyboy39 - No, I don’t think there will be any other bidders.
No one will want to have to cough up the kind of money needed to get Kretinsky to part with his 27%…..which I would imagine would be an extortionate amount.
This is a one horse race.
Sid786 - I don’t know if the next bid will be ‘the final’ one. He has until 15th May afterall.
There will be a game of cat and mouse for the next 3 weeks or so.
I could see there being some back and forth.
