The settlement involves a partial repayment by Mr Terry and others of funds paid by WL in November 2018 pursuant to the judgment of Stephen Hofmeyr QC (sitting as a deputy Judge of the High Court) dated 16 November 2018 (further details of which are set out in note 35 of the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts). As a result of this settlement, all existing legal proceedings between Watchstone Group, Watchstone and Mr Terry have been settled. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

The only one that are clueless is the board, they have stated timeframes and then not delivered. Maybe they need some help with people that have more experience at board level..

The viewer is just a holder for the phone, it’s not a device and is nothing special. So why is it taking MVR so long to launch it. It has to be because they still haven’t got themselves sorted regarding the subscription model which they’ve been telling us about for months and months.

All said a month ago in half year RNS and still nothing happens at MVR

End of summer has already happened, where are they?

3 live events to date, if this is so in demand where is the schedule for more?

Where is the content, why is this not available yet?

‘America summer concert series has validated the appetite for our content and will underpin the scaling of our install base in the near term’
So the demand is there yet MVR still aren’t adding regular content to their offering.

I can see a future with VR but the board at MVR needs a reshuffle. They've been there too long and needs somewhere to give them a kick up the backside and some home truths. It may have been fine when they weren't listed, but they should be acknowledging that goodwill only gets you so far and whatever people think here they are not delivering on their promises.

I have written to the company and the Nomad, about the holdings, as usual, nothing.

Another set of non committal statements from the board. Very unimpressed with their progress and attitude to providing comprehensive answers with firm details.

Six weeks til the new website might appear, how long have they had to create that?

I see EVRH website is still showing holdings from 31st March 2019, why have they still not updated this and breaking AIM rules?

As the previous RNS said, '...AFG with a view to a short extension to its engagement' so they sound like they are in Africa to speak with AFG rather than the general.

When we as the date that EHGOS could start selling shares again - was it 3 or 4 months from a certain date?

Believe it when I see it, MVR continue to disappoint on the marketing front, no one is going to invest in VR kit until they can see what is coming and if their favourite bands and events will be on the device.

There is definitely increasing awareness of VR, not just gaming and music. Education (see DEV and VRE) is one, all will benefit MVR in the long run. Still can't see why MVR can't even be bothered to put the quest logo/youtube logo on their website - they really need to start improving their marketing and we all know whose door that lands.

Unless the company bother to give shareholders what they promised then shorts will have it easy and close as they like. Time for some solid news now.

The RNS from Friday says 'the Board is in discussions with AFG with a view to a short extension to its engagement'...

so you would hope they are close to finalising.
