Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
Fundraise at 2p - as most expected, 33.3 per cent. discount - disgusting. Board should hang their heads in shame, and CEO should walk.
Yes, two holdings RNS and the second shows the sales as per the RNS from Napster. This was back at start of month, so more shares heading to N&A.
At present looks like they will hold onto their shares?
Good time for @mel5 to put out some news now :)
Now holding 6.414%
It's probably why even Nikki Lambert had had enough of AM and how he works.
Anyone with an ounce of common sense would keep the twitter channel of MVR going with an update once a week, in the least and add a new act to the app, even once a month. AM is simply driving customers away because they see nothing to sign up for.
Why can’t Melody even launch 1 new act in their platform a week, 52 in total? Even just to show the company is still alive. Who is going to sign up to new subscriptions with how the content is being so badly mismanaged?
Let’s be clear, AM doesn’t need Napster to be a success, he has made his money and sail of in the sunset with the bonuses and salary he has awarded himself. Reputation in pieces or not.
@Djp57, yes
Any CEO who is more concerned about filling his pockets when the company needs financing needs to go.
The concerning thing is MVR needed more cash just to keep the app from falling behind further. Will they then come calling for more cash later in the year to keep up again? Matchett needs to go now and let someone else take charge, he and a few others have drained the company of cash just at a time when the company most needed it.
She won't be missed - on gardening leave since December 2020, paid for doing nothing, more wasted money.
'I’m very excited to have joined the talented team at Popsa to help take their ambitions to new heights.'
unlike the untalented team she just left.
“The Company will use the funds raised by the Loan Notes and the PrimaryBid Offer to support the development and launch of the new integrated mobile app which will combine the best content and functionality from both the Napster and MelodyVR businesses to create a new music platform during the course of 2021.”
RNS today, AM has earnt £1.2 million with salary of £400,00 so “ The remuneration committee approved the salary increases and bonuses for executive directors during the period. Non-executive fees were also increased in line with market rates.”
Bonuses of £900,000 to AM alone for what? Getting the Napster deal done? Disgusting abuse of funds raised going into boards pockets for a failing company.
Anthony Matchett is milking this company for all it’s worth. How can his pay and those around him be justified when they lose this sort of money. Absolute joke. All money raised to keep staff costs at bay. ANOTHER AIM LIFESTYLE COMPANY.
No more proof needed that those in charge of MVR need to go. Spend, spend, spend.
You can high as many top class employees as you like, but if the tram manager is useless and they are given a pedal car to compete with supercars there is only one outcome.

That would be funny, ICON take a stake in this with their £50 million :)
Nice to see MelodyVR posting on Facebook, stunning marketing, really scraping the bottom of the barrel with that post and shareholder comments say it all. Dire.
I can't see anything coming up in the results that won't tell us what we already know - the company has gone silent, they aren't doing anything substantial, John Gore has gone AWOL, the IR team from Equitory has gone AWOL, they are burning cash and to top it off Nice & Green are providing CLNs and got stacks of shares still to be given to them - fat chance this is going to rise at present.
Excellent news, well done the team
Delaying tactics. How many people would actually be visiting in person the AGM if a zoom link was setup. Board still can’t manage the company properly.
