Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Don’t portray any positivity cbealde, Tesco will be livid! :)
Thanks mate
Thanks for the encouragement Tesco x
Had a few spare pennies, looked around at some oversold companies today ,but decided the opportunity to add a few more shares here before the end of extension period ends was better value!
Not long now.

Peggyleg is back, time to buy! :)
Hence why we are excited for their imminent farewell party
By next week, I meant the week after next week, OK (thumbs up)
Has Ella left us for KAV?
Will be our week, I’ve consulted with the almighty and he/she/they, say that next week will be the week we have been waiting for.
Also said that Ella, Peggy, Red, NorE should close their shorts asap :)
Have a good weekend folks!
Strange trades going through today
Signing papers somewhere hopefully.
Yes Fulmar! :)
I was enjoying some history the other day and was reminded that a volcanic eruption in Indonesia, directly impacted the battlefield and foiled Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo, resulting in a great victory for the Wellington and allies.
Perhaps the awakening of Ruffles, will spark similarly great victories for ARCM and, just like Napoleon, send Peggy and the likes, to some distant uninhabited waste land, never to be heard from again?
I'm thinking it will go up or very close to the deadline and like the RNS of 7th Feb said:
"The parties are currently closing out remaining due diligence, technical and structure issues which are expected to be concluded in the next few weeks" so I would anticipate end of Feb for this and then:
"As such, the parties have therefore agreed to a short extension of the exclusivity period to 31 March 2023 to allow for final internal approvals and signing of the definitive Joint Venture Agreement and ancillary documents.".
Which should take us up to end of March, hopefully a week or two sooner but best to be cautious.
Can't see much happening until mid March on that front.
I knew that red had more of a pegleg feel than an ella
Must be rather aggrieving for the pond life to see the SP support....
Haha - I enjoy these guys, but I do understand people's frustrations with their trolling and that is all it is, they are irrelevant to the prospects and direction of ARCM, hence why I don't engage them.
I was indeed hopeful of completion, but I never said I was positive the deal would be confirmed by the 8th, only that I was veering towards it at that particular time.
I stand by my last comment and I am still very much ARCM positive. Look forward to hearing from you by the 31/03 NorEsco, you do brighten up my day with your nonsense :)
I think we all genuine LTH holders knew in the back of our minds, that a small extension was the most likely outcome on or before the 8th and I for one, am not too disheartened.
The deal is firmly on, the language used is very encouraging and, bar WW3 or some other catastrophe (of which nothing is certain in life and therefore investing), the exceptional and transformational JV between AA and ARC, will go ahead.
It's in the closing stages, not 3 months or 6 months, but by the end of next month.
Let's use this as a solid platform to get some news on Botswana in the next few weeks and know that, with almost complete certainty - that the Zambia JV will be complete, and the ink dry by the end of Q1 2023.
Manx
I'm veering towards it being confirmed on or by the 8th of Feb, however that is not based on anything other than my own opinion of what I am seeing in the build-up.
The market, I suspect, is 50/50 on whether we will get a further extension (not if the JV will happen), we would have known by now if the JV was off, and all the signs point clearly to one thing, that AAL sights are back on Zambia and ARC JV is the first big step for them back in.
