The trouble in significant delays previously contracts and timetables and cost a becomes void / as anybody would expect you can't just have teams of staff and specialized equipment on hold for years waiting for harry!. Blimey it's takes month's in the UK just for roof repairs. Anybody expecting movement here now is just pretty 🪴.

That is a good point although to take away the licence would not look good to Ethiopia as they wanting to accept investment.

But the licence was only temporary on conditions which if no progress this year , it could be seen as very fair to sell again to the highest bidder.

The amount of money raised to date is quite unbelievable but that's what harry is good at !
