There are two views to owning shares and Personally I think that a company with no permits and next to no money is extremely high risk and could collapse any day with a highly diluted placement , the latest results really show the company as insolvent, with huge debts equal to cashflow.

Looking in depth at the financial reports both of the last two placements were basically 6 months apart, so in theory a placement is due in dec. !

But at what size discount, hence the recent ramping I guess.
