CCG (Central China Goldfields) GGG is their stockmarket ticker.

Shareholders are being ripped off and we're not being told the truth, we're not being even being told part of the truth, this stinks and as share holders we demand to know the truth every last detail. CCG were fast enough to take our money now we demand to know how they have c@@ed this up. I suggest we bombard CCG with e-mails and phone calls till we get to the bottom of this. The Direcors have been paid extremely well to c@@k this, the blame lies not with the Chinese but the incompetence of the board of CCG

From interview 03/09/08. In short, if we're half correct on this we're looking at a Capex of hundreds of millions dollars. We're a small company and I don't think we're in the position to even think about putting this into production ourselves. The development model for Nimu is that we concentrate on what we do best which is exploration. I'd like to, at some stage, joint-venture this (most likely with a Chinese company) and let them do the detailed drilling, let them deal with the development costs - they have the capacity to do that. Then we carry on and find the next deposit, and for that we'd like to have a percentage of the whole action - the bigger the percentage the better! My Question to the Board is 0% of billions thats a big percentage Jeff has managed to negotiate. The only thing that has changed is that some smart Chinese fellow has pointed out the small print in the contract, At best the board of Directors were considerabley naive and extremely negligent.

1st rule of business TRUST NOBODY. Iam appauled that CCG are now in this position, this sould have been set in stone as with any contrac,t but only fools would not have done so with the chinese. How dare CCG come to the market and raise money from the private investor not having done their home work and got the principles correct in the first place, how dare CCG give upbeat interviews and release RSN's which have now totally decieved and mislead investors. We are all adults we know the risks if a company fails we lose our money , but its to much when a company finds a resourse as large as the Nimu worth Billions and the share price collapses, the Chinese must be rubbing their hands together, and finally how dare they say this is a good deal ITS NOT ITS AN INSULT.

I think everyone holding shares should attened the AGM and lets get rid of these clowns that have managed to scew up a huge resourse. I have read the Jeff's interview a number of times and all the RSN's the more I read them the more angry I become. How can the board of directors even come close to saying this is fair IT IS NOT. I love the bit in his inteview "They trust us and we trust them" Did anybody not tell you Jeff "beware the ides of March" if not why not. The share price went in to free fall on Friday that should tell you Jeff what a C@@k up you have made of this while the shareholders now face huge losses instead of huge gains. But just incase anyone feels sorry for this chap read the bit "what is the development model for Nimu, Jeff?" his answer is what we were expecting. 1. Is the Nimu a world class resourse yes/no 2. If yes then why such a derisory offer 3. If no then why did the company put all its eggs in one basket
