I afraid I'll have to take you to task yet again, My business filed late returns this year for the very first time, the reason was not sinister in the slightest, and as you well know that many people are still working from home and that many businesses including accountants are dealing with backlogs that are horrendous. Now I'm not stating this is the case here but it may well be and your post does not take into account the effect Covid has had and is still having on companies.
The directors and accountants will be fully aware of this and I'm sure working flat out to resolve the matter.
Please stop being so negative or you will sound like Prainey.
