Arenât we due an AGM ? Last years was the 7th Jan
Not received the notice yet ?
Articles of Association states:
78. The Board shall give not less than fourteen (14) daysâ notice of meetings of Shareholders (other than Annual General Meetings for which the board shall give not less than twenty one (21) daysâ notice) to;
(a) those persons whose names on the date the notice is given appear as Shareholders in the Register of Shareholders and are to vote at the meeting; and
(b) the other Directors.
So my reckoning the earliest an AGM could happen would be the 28/1/20 ?!
And thereâs me thinking you are harmless Amtech :( sounds like Santa didnât come down your chimney this year you old Scrooge !! Bah humbug !!!
Donât forget us when you drop off your wish list over the sticky country this year !??
Thanks in advance ATB and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
Wow just 6 likes we need your help more often ? Maybe car selection would be more helpful
?
Hi Anto hope you and everyone else has had a fantastic Christmas! Iâve been particularly busy as it was my daughterâs birthday yesterday so very little time at all to really digest the latest RNS. No mention of drill results but Iâm assuming theyâve been completed bearing in mind the mining license application submission ?
I suppose itâs a matter of waiting to see how the next stage is going to be funded? As discussed previously funds have to be proven to apply for a license !
ATB
Perfectly put as always diggit ! I couldnât agree more! Are they really protecting the vulnerable or is it just the fact they are hell bent on trying to get back at Zorbas which in turn would effect the shareholders who they are trying to protect ?? I cannot get my head around that one :)
Itâs nothing new on this adventure. I see things changing quite dramatically in the very near future but what do I know ! ATB
Now now Amtech you said you were harmless :) donât spoil jono Christmas quiz Iâm just getting into it !
What happened to the Christmas cheer and good will to all ;)
I suppose you wonât be participating in the whip round for Zorbasâs Turkey and trimmings then ?
You certainly donât come across like you have moved on jono, you seem infatuated with Zorbas! Who are you trying to protect ? Lth?
âStrong and bitter words indicate a weak cause. â
Iâll help you out in regards to the Agm notices
14/12 2018 notice
http://www.urumetals.com/investor-relations/share-information/regulatory-news/notice-of-agm-14-nov-2018
17/12 2017 notice
http://www.urumetals.com/investor-relations/share-information/regulatory-news/notice-of-agm-428-pm-17-nov-2017
My mistake 17/12 not the 19/12 but regardless to that jono you still havenât answered my question, what is you end goal here ? Is it to get back at Zorbas ? If thatâs the case I do tend to think you are wasting your time!
I wouldnât rely on your wing man Amtech either he comes and goes like a bad cold and is harmless.
Are you really over MRS ???
Looks like we are ahead of schedule !
Environmental Authorisation EIA (Environmental Impact Assessments) was supposed to be submitted by Feb 2020
The DMRE review in Q1 2020 could be easily January!
I wonder what we have got coming in the interim accounts in the next couple of weeks ? Drill results ? I would have thought the Proof of Concept with potential declaration of a JORC-Compliant Resource has also been completed now !
Ha ha yes diggit I know what you mean but as far as I can see the almighty one was putting pen to paper as of Friday of last week !
Ccc November form 7 nothing we didnât already know though !
As youâve just mentioned interims end of the month so hopefully they may shed some light on whatâs been going on :) atb

Jono youâve gone from saying youâre not posting anymore until the mining licence news has being released along with wishing shareholders atb , to now what seems to me bitterness has crept in and you are going to contradict anything anyone is going to post good or bad ?
Whatâs your end game here ? Itâs still wonât get your money back from MRS whatever it is !
FCA RULE book it states

I posted this back in October so it may help you with the third party involvement Anto?
Depository
RNS dtd 23rd July
âURU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings,â
If you look whoâs in charge of our depositary itâs a company called Computershare (see link below)
http://www-uk.computershare.com/content/download.asp?docId=%7Bf1803b0b-be6c-4c86-b571-cdbb07e9d1f2%7D
Itâs interesting to note some of reasons for these types of analysis
Typical occasions throughout the year when a current Share Ownership Analysis report may be of assistance are:
Board meetings.
Pre and post results announcements.
Pre and post capital raisings.
Pre and post roadshows.
During merger activity with another
listed entity.
We know Umbono (Umnex) are hiding within the latest shareholders list, the questions are why was it updated after only three months (23rd April) when normally itâs six months and also why is the list only showing the institutional investors collectively ? Are Adam International amongst them too still ?
âAIM Rule 26
the number of AIM securities in issue (noting any held as treasury shares) and, insofar as it is aware, the percentage of AIM securities that is not in public handstogether with the identity and percentage holdings of its significant shareholders. This information should be updated at least every 6 months and the website should include the date on which this information was last updated.â
https://www.aimlisting.co.uk/flotation/aim-rule-26-explained/
Could this new âformatâ be related to future financing? We know one of the stipulation for the mining application is to submit â Share certificates and shareholder registers â this could be one of the reasons for the premature update of the shareholders list? The other could be to â tidyâ the list for the potential âmerger activity with another listed entity.â ?
Itâs been 5 months (6 months actually compiled) to date since the latest presentation was released so you would have thought news cannot be far away !

Oversupplied lithium unlikely to happen to nickel
According to Bloomberg, EV sales are expected to increase 10-fold by 2025, 27X by 2030 and 50X by 2040. JP Morgan is forecasting electric cars to be 35% of the global auto market by 2025 and 48% by 2030.
Nickel is becoming more and more important as a battery metal due to its use in nickel-cobalt-aluminum (NCA) and nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) Li-ion batteries. Battery companies and auto manufacturers are trying to develop batteries that contain more nickel and less cobalt, which is expensive and difficult to source,
Nickel sulfate ramp-up
The nickel market is currently the opposite of lithium â under-supplied and likely to be so for the foreseeable future. Thatâs a problem because demand for nickel by battery manufacturers and EV auto-makers is not letting up
This is the interesting part!!
Large-scale sulfide deposits are extremely rare. Historically, most nickel was produced from sulfide ores, including the giant (>10 million tonnes) Sudbury deposits in Ontario, Norilsk in Russia and the Bushveld Complex in South Africa, known for its platinum group elements (PGEs). However, existing sulfide mines are becoming depleted.
Helloooo what about little old us ! :)
