Haha funny ! Just need to know how to share information without c&p ? I thought it makes it easier by showing what is important within the article as well as having the option to read the whole thing if required ?
Maybe I should just type it out instead would that be classed as the same ? Or maybe not bother ;) ATB
As we know URU subsidiary company LPU recently submitted our mining application
“URU is pleased to announce that the application for a Mining Right submitted by the Company's South African subsidiary, Lesego Platinum Uitloop (Pty) Ltd ("LPU"), over the three prospecting rights that form the Zebediela Project has been accepted “
What I find interesting is that LPU are doing due diligence on a company called “Eurasia Mining “ located in Russia
Lesego Platinum due diligence and CEO site visits of both Monchetundra and West Kytlim
Mr. Churakov has recently helped to arrange detailed due diligence and multi-day site visits by James Nieuwenhuys, CEO and Director of Lesego Platinum as part of the Lesego Platinum's evaluation of both Monchetundra and West Kytlim projects. Over the past few months Lesego Platinum performed due diligence of Eurasia's assets accompanied by several days of visits of Monchetundra mine and Eurasia's office in Ekaterinburg to study the West Kytlim mine.
“amongst other options, potential partial acquisition of Eurasia's subsidiaries and joint venture opportunities at the sites. “
Lesego Platinum owns, what the Directors' rate as a world class PGM assets located some 300 km North-East of Johannesburg, at the northern end of the Eastern limb of the platinum rich Bushveld Complex
I presume they are referring to URU !?
http://otp.investis.com/clients/uk/eurasia-mining/rns/regulatory-story.aspx?cid=403&newsid=1329056
If you read the link below it mentions that
Eurasia Mining PLC (LON:EUA) shares soared Thursday (24/10) after the miner revealed investment banks VTB Capital and CITIC Group will assist with “strategic options” for its Kola and Urals mining assets”
If you recall CITIC group have just required a substantial amount of Ivanhoe as well recently, they are Chinease state owned.
In September, Eurasia said South African company Lesego Platinum was considering a partial acquisition of its subsidiaries and joint venture opportunities at the West Kytim and Monchetundra sites.
Could Lesego (LPU) have plans using this financial institution CITIC with URU with a possible JV or sale ? We know they will get 5% finders fee for securing finance
We know that Zorbas has been in the past over in China and Russia so this could be a possibility imo !

The question is “to paste or not to paste “ ??!! How do I carry on ? Do I continue sharing already known possible information (known as c&p) or also known as long hours of research ??
The gambler has a tendency to either slate the share or not depending on what “pie” he’s / she’s got !! Not forgetting the way he’s /she’s conducted themselves towards individuals here who are genuine people is somewhat despicable ?( I can name a few)
Anycase ATB here’s to a great week no crystal ball here !!
I genuinely believe that we are going to a achieve the results that we believed in whether that was 2017-2018 -2019 its hard not to considering what we are seeing around us in the global metal markets ??!! ATB GLA EAG
I’ve been thinking the same thing Wia in regards to the BEE structure but according to the latest mining charter a requirement of 30% is needed !
I posted this below early on in the month:
In regards to the BEE partnership
New rights: applicants for new mining rights must have a minimum of 30 per cent BEE shareholding comprising: a minimum of 5% non-transferable carried interest to each of Qualifying Employees and Host Communities, and a 20 per cent effective ownership to BEE entrepreneurs (5% of which must preferably be owned by women). The “carried interest” is essentially a free carried interest but arguably permits notional vendor financing without any form of security”
As far as we know we have 8.48% (Umnex / Umbono) BEE partnership but who is going to make up the remaining 21.52% as per the MSA report ?
The BEE structure must have been agreed as per the requirements set out ? As you’ve said will this get released after the successful mining licence application?
The Chinese mining company (China’s Zijin Mining) has just acquired another large stake in Ivanhoe Mines as they initially JV’d with them along with Citic Metal who are Chinese state owned but looks like both companies are going for majority shareholding which would make sense considering the demand of EV battery material in China !
Ivanhoe could quite easily be an option for either an outright purchase or JV with us ?

If you notice there quite a few based in Grand Cayman which as you’ll know is part of the BVI which is obviously where we are registered

The first link Orion Resources have offices in Toronto.
Another possibility!? There’s quire a few !
Resource Capital Funds is a mining-focused private equity firm that partners with companies to build strong, successful and sustainable businesses that strive to produce superior returns to all stakeholders.
http://www.resourcecapitalfunds.com
Yes ofd who could it be ?
Look at Orion Resources partnership !?
There’s plenty of institutional investors who have plenty of resources .
I would say our little plot would be a quite attractive investment?

No problem at all WIA that was a good spot definitely didn’t stand out to me in regards to the differences in symbols listed against required information!
No doubt you’ve already looked at what’s required to submit a mining licence but as I mentioned previously section 14 stands out, if you look at below it clearly states proof of finance is required to submit the application, so I would say that’s a huge tick knowing it’s finalised! Not forgetting Umbono receive a 5% royalty for acquiring finance as per their agreement back in April 2017
“3. Capital raising and corporate finance fees of 5% of the transaction value of capital raised through UMH
sources”
14 REGULATION 11 (1) (g) (vii): DETAILS REGARDING THE APPLICANTS RESOURCES OR PROPOSED MECHANISMS TO FINANCE THE PROPOSED MINING OPERATION, AND DETAILS REGARDING THE IMPACT OF SUCH FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS ON THE CASH FLOW FORECAST.
14.2 Detail regarding the financing arrangements
(Elaborate on the financing arrangements that are described in item 14.1 above, in terms of where the finance will be sourced, extent to which the financing has been finalized and on the level of certainty that such financing can be secured.)

So in regards to your question yes I agree I think we are certainly more advanced into achieving this licence than initially thought.
Looking at the criteria for obtaining a licence you don’t just pluck information from the “sky” it has to be backed up
So as you’ve said “o” is present aas you couldn’t apply for a licence unless you’ve can prove the finance which is mentioned in the RNS dtd 30/8
o Provide detail in relation to the theoretical full funding of the mine; and
o Any other agreement or document relating to the agreement;
This is confirmed in the application appendix 14 ?! ATB

Plus 8000 buys in chunks over the last 10 days says it's a done deal, or something is.”
You are gambler just wondered what rock you’ve crawled out of this time ?!
“In the meantime we have funding news to come plus some other goodies.”
Care to elaborate your goodies ?

Food for thought WIA in regards to whether there’s clues in the RNS as to what’s been done or not ?!
I did mention before in May regarding the SLP & MWP docs but I’ve added a bit below
looking at the Project Plan Page 20/21
“Mining Right Application and associated Licencing
Prepartion of SLP, MWP and assoc. documents”
FYI The meaning are as follows :
(SLP) Social and labour plans. When a company applies for a mining right, it is required to submit a number of documents on its plans to mine, which the Department of Mineral Resources then uses to assess whether the potential mine is viable. One of these documents is a social and labour plan (or 'SLP').
(MWP) Mining Work Program
(a) the mineral can be mined optimally in accordance with the mining work. programme. (b) the applicant has access to financial resources and has the technical. ability to conduct the proposed mining operations optimally
Looking at the Mining work programme (MWP) form (attached link) certain criteria has to be met. A quite important one is how the mine will be funded see 14.1 through to 14.3.
14.3 in particular
14.3 Confirmation of supporting evidence appended
(Attach evidence of available funding and or financing arrangements such as balance sheets, agreements with financial institutions, underwriting agreements, etc. and specifically confirm in this regard what documentation has been attached as appendices).
http://portal.samradonline.co.za/apptemps/mining%20work%20programme%20template.doc
This was all applied for in April so 120 days to approve all of this would mean August. We are well within the time frame for news on whether our mining application has been accepted!
Depository
RNS dtd 23rd July
“URU announces that, following the completion of an independent third-party shareholder register analysis of depositary interest holdings,”
If you look who’s in charge of our depositary it’s a company called Computershare (see link below)
http://www-uk.computershare.com/content/download.asp?docId=%7Bf1803b0b-be6c-4c86-b571-cdbb07e9d1f2%7D
It’s interesting to note some of reasons for these types of analysis
Typical occasions throughout the year when a current Share Ownership Analysis report may be of assistance are:
Board meetings.
Pre and post results announcements.
Pre and post capital raisings.
Pre and post roadshows.
During merger activity with another
listed entity.
We know Umbono (Umnex) are hiding within the latest shareholders list, the questions are why was it updated after only three months (23rd April) when normally it’s six months and also why is the list only showing the institutional investors collectively ? Are Adam International amongst them too still ?
“AIM Rule 26
the number of AIM securities in issue (noting any held as treasury shares) and, insofar as it is aware, the percentage of AIM securities that is not in public handstogether with the identity and percentage holdings of its significant shareholders. This information should be updated at least every 6 months and the website should include the date on which this information was last updated.”
https://www.aimlisting.co.uk/flotation/aim-rule-26-explained/
Could this new “format” be related to future financing? We know one of the stipulation for the mining application is to submit “ Share certificates and shareholder registers “ this could be one of the reasons for the premature update of the shareholders list? The other could be to “ tidy” the list for the potential “merger activity with another listed entity.” ?
It’s been 5 months (6 months actually compiled) to date since the latest presentation was released so you would have thought news cannot be far away !
That all depends on how much the offers are for ? Companies who bid for others that are in a arrangement or the receivers are in tend to smell a bargain especially when normally the administrators are quite happy to clear the debt (secured) then themselves and if there’s anything left it’s a bonus !? imo
“In the event that the businesses were to be sold to third parties it is not possible to predict what return, if any, there would be for the Company.”
Not good reading the latest RNS over at MRS looks like it could be sold by next week ? I wonder who the seven offers are from ?
