I don't. For Hitachi to terminate the contract based upon disclosure would be a serious fail on their part. They would also damage the Framework Agreement with Tennet and set it back months if not years.. It's not as if these guys don't sit around a table with NDAs in place and discuss what the land looks like..

I'm not so sure this is the up period just yet. Volume is circa 4.5m so that doesn't account for the majority of borrowed shares. If we can get a few days of this volume then I'm convinced we will hit £1 with ease and £1.40 - 50 the next hurdle. Someone did say there was resistance at 97p...is that correct?

I reckon we will see £1 this week...once the shorts start buying the borrowed shares we should really make progress.

I fully believe that in 6 - 12 months you'll have a different view and realise you got your shares at a bargain. If your investment decision was to make a quick buck then you might want to put a stop-loss on your investment as any share can retrace. Otherwise look to hold for the aforementioned timeframe and you'll likely be glad you held.

currently at 4.6m. I'm fairly sure shorts have something in the region of 19m to buy back. Once this is passed, we will move north, I'm sure of it.
