I thought this was going to be a billion pound company. What happened?

75% more buys than sells, hardly any real volume. What is going on.

I worked for Wood Group years ago, and unfortunately began to see the level of people that were being put into management, at all levels. It’s no wonder this company is in this state. I can honestly state with true conviction, that in their hey day Wood Group was the best company to work for in the North Sea. Great people to work with, no egos, just everyone pulling together to do a great job…So, So Sad.

It will be an absolute travesty if this company is sold for 0.30p/ share.

Can’t blame Sidera for wanting a cheap deal here. Business is business. But just remember not so long ago wood group shares were almost £10.00/ share. Is it the same company, with the same assets, with the same amount of contracts. ???????????

Share prices in situations like wood group move on opinions and not necessarily on the true value of a company. When the management team at a football club are failing, the club doesn’t go into administration, they sack the managers. Wood group here are the same company with a book full of contracts worth billions. It is the management team here that should be sacked for whatever the outcome tells us. The company itself will survive.

Maybe they did tell sidara to stick there offer where the sun don’t shine.

If the market cap here is £126 million at 35p/ share, why doesn’t the £450 million cash injection reflect on the share price.

Surely the debt to turnover and assets here are extremely manageable.

Why doesn’t GF put the £75k in himself. I’m sure he can afford it considering the money he has taken from us the shareholders.

I wonder if GF. Can sleep at night knowing that thousands of people have lost a lot of many while he keeps getting paid.

Dilution of company shares to raise capital should be made illegal. It is disgraceful that ordinary shareholders have to bear the costs of incompetence by directors who receive large salaries.

Only 5% of voting shareholders can ask the board to call a general meeting. Asking for a member on the board to be removed. To be successful 50% of the shareholders must agree.

We the shareholders can vote for a no confidence in the board. And demand the removal of George.
