A private investor on aim needs to finds the gems and get in prior the big boys are with the big boys. Hold and reap the profit

And there we have the larger background buys. A nice 100k. Aim has ever thus been. Small investors tricked by market makers, deluded by greed and hampered by lack of patience sell their small stakes so that bigger fish can buy into the share and make the money.

if the big funds were prepared to buy in at 9p and it was oversubscribed, then theoretically the floor for the SP should be 9pish.

Easy 89 sell for ems of 10000. So sell price has been going up thru the day. With volume drying up they seem to be collecting the sells for much larger buys in the background.

Looking at this regardless of any more news atm, the market should dictate a slow rise from here.

It’s certainly been pushed back. Probably to h2 2020. With a 10-11 month feasibility imho.
Probably more realistic and probably due to an expansion of the operation due to increased resource size.
David does need to get that feasibility kicked off though ASAP.

Considerable buying of the company over the last week or two

Is a very angry fool who brought in on a spike and sold in a dip and consistantly shown how much he doesn’t understand about aim. To be fair he’s joined by about 85% of aim investors. They can’t grasp that you buy in will a defined sell criteria after doing your research. That might be when funding comes in. Scoping comes in it production comes in. You don’t sell when you get cold feet and are at a loss.
It’s a little sad to see the sp at these levels again. However it’s pretty irrelevant unless you want to buy or you brought at a higher level and didn’t buy to production.
It’s getting close to another top time for me. Sav has never had this much money in the bank. Certainly enough to take us through to a partner on board and for us drill, jorc and feasibility to our hearts content.

Altura 15% bonds. Mcap 555m
Pilbara 12% bonds fully secured. But interest only few the first few years in tranches and similar to Bcn.
It shows that Bcn is considered less risky than many of the hard rock lithium producers. To be honest an incredible achievement for the first mass producing clay lithium project.
So much news though this month. Inc Finalised construction plans and further funding.

For a comparison we are 8% + libor. Pay only when drawn with 110m mcap
Nemaska have 11% pay immediately and have an mcap of 700+m.
Even Tesla have recently paid 5% on bonds.
This really is an incredibly good deal.

Hopefully folks can see that a company has raised more than its entire mcap in debt funding from a single source. That clearly tells us that the company is well undervalued. A company doesn’t raise 450m dollars unless it’s worth at least twice that. !
I fully expect a further 30m/yr take off pre funding so maybe 150m from Hanwa. Meaning a further 150m shares?

Been waiting for for it. As others have said I would have like a little higher 11-12p and maybe a little less money. Not sure why all that money is needed. I estimated 1.5m for a quick feaso. But hey ho. Quite a bit of flipping from 12.5p down which is leaky WH style.

Bodes very well for us. Funding just isn’t a problem in the lithium sector as long as your deposit is large enough. With a much better irr Sav should be declining funding daily once the feasibility is produced.

The % is higher as kdnc are not contributing(i was wrong about that). But it really is the best possibility. Also with interest not payable until draw down ie a tsl bond, a clever nod can say this until last and payment on delivery of the largest components hence payment shouldn’t be until just prior production of first interest. Add in the fantastic £100 per tonne payable on the smaller bond and we are laughing.
Quite possibly the best bond issue of a junior miner in 2018 globally.

With the bonds away, plus Hanwa and Blackrock and the investment of Oman. The funding is pretty much a secured with minimal dilution. The idea of hundreds of millions of shares being issued should be redundant.
The discount on the bonds is pretty small considering the factored discount to npv 8% and then the further discount on that reflected in sp.

This is a major achievement for the company and a world wide success

On a conciliatory note. Good buying continues particularly impressed with both volume and the bigger 20k-25k buys shows that deeper pockets are interested.

I very clearly said that Bcn don’t normally use it. I only replied when told it’s in all Bcn rns’s, which it’s not. Then only replied when told it was standard which it’s not.
Looking at the rns it’s been inserted in to an rns as a deliberate act, something that previous rns’s from Bcn didn’t do. Hence it was inserted on a Sunday for a reason.

I know they are found elsewhere, that’s completely missing the point, please read!

Re Mexico’s new president. I am not sure I’ve been trying to find out what his mining policy is. Tbh I think he’s more about corruption at least atm. Hence no impact for Bcn. If he can clean up Mexico then that’s got to be a good thing for Bcn.
Personally I see it as neutral unless we get something different.

Sorry not trying to be perdantic but it doesn’t appear in most statements. I’ve gone back through and it’s not in a single statement I can find inc new funding etc. A quick look at new partnerships etc on other shares doesn’t find it either.
My strongly held belief is that kdnc were selling, somebody reported them or noticed it and then this has to be issued.
If this were a normal update/holding rns I wouldn’t expect an rns this week. The fact that imo they were forced to issue it might indicate a rns at anytime. Regardless numis offloaded another 50-60k and then moved off the bid they might have finished.
