He hinted strong!y that mengo is free flowing.
He said that planning aS being undertaken to increase production capacity..We have a 2000bopd already..

nice little test actually. it cost be a few hundred shares, but both wins and Jub moved to sit on 12.2. I managed to buy back the 2k at 12.15 and then they both shot up wins to 12.3 and jub to 12.7.

They really have no shares to sell, i can say that with total honesty and evidence.

BTW big trade just appeared 12.09 2.6m.

Just tried a dummy 2k sell to test the real sell price, stupidly clicked OK and sold for 12.0125.
Just tried to buy back and Fing Jub sat on the ask at 12.1 wont sell any.

Mengo has an unrisked SP valuation of 29p per share.

Combined Mengo(already encounted) 103 and 101 is over 1000bopd generating free cashflow of 15m.

Analysts expectations are that the free cash from 101 can be used to pay down debt to fund 3 further wells for 2019. i.e no fund raising needed.

Indeed 101 potential income is part of the collateralisation of the new debt facility being set up to allow for the further wells to be drilled.

3 further drills would help free cashflow generation to increase to 40m a year giving an MCAP conservatively of 120m with no dilution.

This is what AAOG mean when they said that they already have everything they need to have a successful company with an SP over 50p.

They mean it when they say that Djeno will push this into a much larger 500m MCAP company.

We all know 103 is the much much bigger drill but income is income and most oil companies on AIM can on!y dream of even 400bopd.

A year from our two existing wells is not to be sneezed at. More than justifies the current mcap.
Ie the current mcap still doesn't really price in any of 103 which is mental.

Re rating share prices don’t happen overnight. Whether lgo or Gkp they rose over weeks not days.
Sure you might get a 20-50% gain if you hold for a few days. Even a 100-200% gain for a a couple of weeks. But to get the bigger gains then you will need to hold over a month or two imo.
This isn’t a ramp , obviously this is dependent on a successful wire log of mengo and a drill at Djeno.

So. Wait it doesn’t matter in the scheme of things a day or few for a bit of news.

You could be right. But Aaog doesn’t have that kind of real time log data. It’s a far more conventional drill with standard wire logging. No doubt processed thru the cloud even from Congo.

For me it's important that the drill is turning onto djano..this will be a success imho. and will send the share nuclear towards 50p. 50m per a well per year profit.
With a djeno hit bank lending will likely pay for 2-4 drills and the extra tanks needed.

This is the guy that has brought and sold almost every day. One min saying it's a good hold,next min saying he sold out.
He said he sold at 11.5 last and is now back in again higher than that.
