when a share is sub 2P and dropping for whatever reason, for example the license running out or the glut of gas that has been proven to exist in more friendly places than the North Sea ,or the fact that multiple companies have been in the same position as this and gone under,then the underwriters become uncertain and can often withdraw or insist on a lower price to cover themselves.
This is similar scenario to recent share dilution of Bluerock Diamonds .It is,in my opinion, unclear as to why this one Company took up the whole issue.Just an observation that again is reflected in lack of volume and value of trades. I would love to be more optimistic but investment in exploration is weakening not strengthening and this is a fact. If Cluff pulls this off then great.
