You are exactly correct.This must have been very stressful for all the directors and the fact they put their own money up
shows their faith in the business model and desire to make it work.
There are many AIM companies where the directors and management have little personal investment,the opposite is true here where substantial holdings at much higher share purchase prices have been brought and they all want this to turn around.

The Company can now either wait to see if he wants to risk a great deal of money sueing the company or the company may consider a small settlement to put this to bed. Either way as far as I see it ,it is no longer material and the company can now move forward. This company is massively undervalued and should have a capital valuation now of 10million pounds based on actual and potential at this time. Just need to find the illusive sweet spot with a nice 20carat diamond and we can all celebrate. A very good gamble at anything sub 3p Dig it!

Don’t see this dropping any further. Court case news will most likely come tomorrow and in my opinion will be good news as very few applications to close a company fail. The plaintiff is clearly just trying it on to make trouble for the company. Once this is out of the way we just hope for some decent sized stones. I have faith.

Ok end game would be major investors put up substantial funds say £15 to £20 million with part of offer going to public and Company drills and has the 600million plus Npv that Cluff assures is all is there. Still more than enough for share price to go supersonic.

I too am pleased to hear taken up. No one else knew till today and to voice ones concerns is not scaremongering. Sorry if I scared anyone . Maybe share price would have stayed higher if a simple confirmation had been released.

2.1p placement Not later than 1st August Tick tock One would assume the company has a responsibility under the most basic of companies act regulations to announce the outcome. Absolutely appalling in my opinion.

Next rns Issue did not happen due to depressed share price but Michael (my mate) has kindly agreed to take all shares at 1.5p. Best Algy

It is unbelievable and unacceptable that the company has not confirmed the placement has been made. The Turner event was a total waste of time and all was learned was that 2million will be spent on nothing . Cannot see them making any money on their options .
