Rising costs are driving this. Predominately diesel due to load shedding, transport issues and rising inflation. Be interested to see how rising costs have impacted margins.

Load shedding was 7000hrs last year, not forecast to get any better this FY. Just hope Coetzer bought some cheap Chinese batteries and a million solar panel that’s baked into previous results…

I still think the markets still haven’t realised what’s happened here recently.

LGM strategy is seen in dealings with Chilwa Minerals , they initially invested in exploration licenses and eventually sold them after the project reached their requirements​. Their investment here and appointment of Alex as CEO suggests a strong commitment to driving the company’s success. Future Funding on proving resources (amid new project) should never be a problem.

This really is a game changer for the company. Continue to add when I can.

From January RNS…

Roan will continue to operate at approximately 50% of full capacity while an alternative solution is being pursued to source the electrical components which includes the option to locally manufacture the components. A 9 weeks delay is expected to the upgrade of the Roan project.

Now Mid June. Not good enough

Kalan, what are those charts saying?

Personally, I would hold and wait a week or so, Kalan. I’m not 100% convinced about this upgrade to Roan, and if it was delayed a few weeks longer, will create a great buying opportunity. Whereas if all is good, I see any increase to be modest until they prove they can deliver.

February 2022...I can't remember what i did last week.

Some of you should spend more time researching the companies you invest in rather than reviewing posts from over 2 years ago from other investors. But if that is how you would like to spend your time, enjoy...I thought about doing the same for about a second, then realised I had much better things to do. Keep posting though, it reminds me of some of the good and bad trades i made back in the day. Good and not so good memories...

Unfortunately that’s not how the markets works. Little investors who panic buy and sell based on news they do not understand is an example of why some massively undervalued companies end up where they are.

You just gotta know when to hold them and know when fold them.

It wasn’t lucky. It was a dead cert. Have you any idea who they have as private investors already and how much they ploughed into the company over the years. As an example Eric Sprott hold 6% of the company ffs 😂

LND was always going to come good Kalan. Too many of the big boys interested in their assets to let it go to the dogs.

As for JLP. I have 2 words that will change the SP for the better (significant changes).

Commodity prices.

Looking at each iof the commodities JLP are producing, its a no-brainer med / long term. IMO. Its a multi bagger from here and happy to hold.

I'll hang fire for re-investing profits. See what happens over at LND when it all settles down.
