Morning Tigers8 Oct 2020 08:35
That is a good post Hydro and I agree with you and Keefy as well; on the fence ? not really.
Expectations are immensely high for me because of what MM, CH and TG did with the Sandfire purchase of MOD in particular.
I totally agree with Quen with regard to the 2% NSR over the whole shebang; because ultimately it’s simple maths. There IS plenty of gear in the ground, we know that.
But and this is the big but; if it’s absolutely colossal then the payments to us will be colossal because we are a 30M mcap company (currently).
If it’s announces say $10M income per year for years then I imagine, and this is what I’m in it for, that the SP and of course SFR”s SP will blow a hole in the ozone layer.
If that happens then it’s totally game on; SFR”s SP will go through the roof meaning our % is worth more pushing our SP up up and away.
With the rate of purchases currently, we will be the go to for private investment first pre IPO which we all know is where the true value is in everything in life; as long as the goods are there, our initial deposits should be worth $$$$”s more.
As I’m probably one of the youngest investors (at a guess), I tell you I’m more impatient than all of you for a result when the reality is I shouldn’t be.
I’m under no pressure to sell or make it right now, but just want it now because we are three years down the line, if that makes sense ?
So I hope I haven’t insulted any of you with my explanation of the situation because you are all here for the same reasons as me.
Frustrated yes, but keeping the faith absolutely.
I’m going to have a cheeky 4444 purchase this morning just to tickle the ivories as I think the SP is low enough.
