This money is for EU member states to rapidly and substantially increase investments in Europe's defence capabilities.

As with the EU it's all smoke and mirrors and the gullible like you are easily taken in.

Did you really think Brussels were going to distribute €800 billion to member states?

Even the EU has fiscal rules and defence spending is not a separate identity and must comply.
