It's one thing to complete and submit an Environmental Application in 18 months (end of 2023, I doubt it) but quite another to get a satisfactory outcome from the various bodies involved in granting it. Not to mention all the protests, delaying tactics and questions about BEM's proposals being closely examined by anyone or anybody who objects. Anything involving the CAB and the Land and Environment Court ought to tell prospective suitors and investors there's plenty of time yet to get involved if they're interested.

We've visited Phoenix many times and have driven the 'old original' Apache trail and through Apache junction on the way to Boyce Thompson near Superior.
