Cote is below average in my opinion and I also believe the o pay reason the termite results were not made public is because they were sh 1 te !

RRR’s licences are in middle of dense forest with very limited access roads if I remember correctly - I say this as Daniel Sklan either did or was going to lend money to RRR and take a royalty on the licences, believe he changed his mind either due to the reasons mentioned or because he realised any money he gave to Bell and RRR would have vanished in admin fees and not gone in to the ground which is what he wanted !
