(1) Why the hell would Kenya renew the licences when RRR has done nothing with them, is debt ridden and at moment can not progress them. I didn’t think they would be renewed last time mind but they were, whether they will again is subjective.

(2) Can RRR do a deal with RRAL before they have completed all the payments to POW ?? I don’t know
