The interest the company is paying on its huge debt is crippling.

With massive running costs just to stay alive, it does seem that 2026 might finally see the end RRR.

I have no interest in this share, my interest is warning people about you and your scumbag antics and how you operate.

In other words Hapless has got shares really cheap here so he’s going to ramp the hell out of it, try and pump the price to sell his shares at a profit and then do a placing at a discount to get more cheap shares and rinse and repeat, fleecing as many Pi’s as he can in the process . Sadly that is how this guy works, he’s done it for years at RRR and NTOG before that ! The only way he makes money is by ensuring other people lose money !

If Helpful who is a certain Mr P Lundy is involved in this share everyone knows what is coming ! He will pump it to the high heavens with quotes of millions and billions and then pull the rug with a massively discounted placing ! He’s a parasite and has gained the nickname the granny mugger !

He has spouted about million and billions at RRR for the past 5 years, all whilst watching the SP go from over 1p to 0.025p today.

Why isn’t Hapless posting Lithium links with the price going up so much ! ?

Dogs is that $16,870 per tonne ? If so wow RRR could sell their 200t for over 330,000 dollars ? Surely this is the best turn around story RRR and Bell could have hoped for ! Why is Hapless so quiet about it and not shouting from the roof tops about it !

You did indeed Meldew, luckily NTOG investors were kind enough to post on RRR board to alert people of Helpful and his antics ! They were spot on, the only positive is I think he actually lost out himself big time in RRR by getting too greedy, would hate to even guess how much he has cost investors by uber ramping it all the way from 1p to 0.02p

Dicko, further to my last message !

Thinking about it - Peel could well be the investor who wanted £200k at 0.25, the 800 million shares. This would mean that they had 198 million shares already, below the 3% holding level but a current investor, which makes more sense.

Dicko, agree it could well be a roll over, but still doesn’t make sense in regards to Peels position !

For peel to announce an holdings RNS which they obtained on the 29th, the day in which placing shares hit the market, then surely they have obtained shares from that placing, as there have been no previous holdings RNS’s from them that I am aware of.

A rollover of that amount of shares would mean their holding hadn’t changed from that transaction, so doesn’t add up to me at all.

That’s just my making of it, just seems smoke and mirrors everywhere with RRR, with the only one thing I can say for certain is RRR are not in a good place right now !

Dicko I know ignorance can be bliss on times, but the shares from the placing hit the market yesterday the 29th as per RNS, so PEEL would have received their shares from the placing yesterday and hence thats when they crossed the threshold.

I’m not sure it was them who made the 2 big sells mind, I think could well have been the person who converted the £200k debt, looks as if they needed the cash and dumped soon as shares arrived.

That’s speculation on my part but looks most logical explanation

Perl will now control this until they have ditched all their shares and will be happy with 10% profit above the 0.021 they paid, which doesn’t leave much room for any PI’s to make money .

No wonder Hapless slithered off, couldn’t get a placing away with supportive lenders as they obviously didn’t want to know, looks like Peel was their only option and hence why they had to give a 50% discount ! Can you still sell 151 million ….lol
