My thoughts spec, they took a position thinking it would cause a frenzy, sell out at a profit and then partake in the next imminent placing and get more shares cheaper ! Doesn’t look like it’s worked so they need to sell out now I reckon as they know the next placing gonna be even lower than their average ! Just my opinion but some logic behind it !
