Nike, it uses the nominal share value of 0.01 to work out how many shares can be issued, not the actual share price, hence the 32% dilution !

Guys we know Kat trades this regularly and changes his/her tune on the board to suit its agenda. Theres no law against this and if this is what they want to do to make a few quid then that’s up to them. For me the risk of being out when potential company changing news drops is not worth the risk for me, and would be more gutted missing out on the big one rather than trying to catch all the small ebs and flows ! It’s hard to withstand the constant negativity and blatant deramps on times, but I’m sure enough people know the score for it to influence their decision to buy and sell !

Yes Mikey, unfortunately is a “low risk” of losing better or worse than payment “imminent” ?? Which Andrew Bell said around 2 years ago. With the right news you could be correct, but over £500k shares at 0.045 is a lot of bloody shares to churn through, IF there is a placing and IF it’s at 0.045, personally I think it will be lower ! I wish you good luck, and when investing it’s good sometimes to see both sides of the coin 👍👍

Lads you can’t say you haven’t been warned ! For me the most likely option here is a placing to pay ongoing costs and the 250k pow payment, which then allows POW to convert another 250k at the same price ! Like said this looks likely to me but that’s based on my thoughts and following this company for 20 years. Just think about that for a minute ! I will admit of DRC payment comes in or Massive offer for RRAL comes in then my comments and thoughts are blown apart, unfortunately for holders I believe my scenario is far more likely to occur ! As for Helpful I think he is quiet for a reason - He wants the placing as cheap as he can as he probably be right through the middle of it ! All the above is just my opinion, do your own research as I have been wrong once before it think !

And POW get 15% of any sale of RRAL and by the looks of it they not allowed to sell AJAX on Berringa - I don’t know if they are the main ones or not
