Why so many big sells of late some people may ask ! My opinion on this is - The people who are gonna take this placing at my presumed 0.35p are selling, the. Gonna take shares from the placing at a lower price - Easy when your one of the few, who got a company against the wall that is run by the few for the few !GLA, just gutted I’m not in the country for the 10th 🤬😡🤬

Duke is back on the Madri, sadly it’s ALDIs 1897 which is buzzing ! This just my opinion and why I have stayed quiet - I think I have been spot on with my allocations - 20k placings - RRAL commitments which RRR hasn’t got he cash for, which POW or others have stumped up for them and take shares at 0.045 ! Which at SP at time reasonable ! Move SP had dropped lower, this month (again my thoughts only) the person/company wanted lower than 0.045 - Whish is natural as SP had dropped below ! So instead of lowering the conversion price, RRR offered more shares to the value of 24k !! Which ultimately equates to the same actual value of RRR shares at the time - Why would they do this you may ask ! Ha ha we all know !

Massive dilution coming , but looking at the book the last 2 weeks the placing IMO looks nailed on to be at 0.035 ! But Long term holders, don’t panic because we are in a good place !

Ha ha if I was a cynic - And what I say now is pure speculation. For me this subscription is the same as the last 2 subscriptions of £20k. I don’t think RRR wanted to issue shares at 0.035, so they have given them an extra £4.5k to take the shares at 0.45 ! I could well be 100% wrong so DYOR as it just my thoughts - Surely not tho.

One thing we do know is RRR is stone broke !

The $20k raises I believe have just been to contribute their share of running costs to RRAL ! I’m only guessing these have gone to POW and they have paid all costs !

126 million shares not 153 million

So expect another $20k fund raise to happen in a few days, which I think I will be for POW, the same as the last 20k fund raises. The 163 million placing also looks to have gone to POW, as it equates to circa £55k, which is what RRR owed POW, so POW have a lot more shares already than people thought ! I think RRR have enough head room to place shares before GM and pay POW in shares, which if happens puts POW in a position they could possibly sway the vote. The deeper you look in to this the more sordid it becomes and clearly shows RRR is not it a good place at all ! I can see helpful popping up today or tomorrow with his Gold links bold as brass. I genuinely can’t work out how this is going to play out, only one thing I’m pretty confident off is share holders pi’s are going to get screwed big time ! At a guess AB will come out of it just fine however - I would say reputation in tatters but he already had the title of worst CEO in AIM so no worries there !
