I've put my money on HARL doing a great job and being awarded the type 32 frigate contract by the MOD. That's going to be a £4 billion deal. Lets imagine that HARL drop there margin to 10% to get the job. That means £400 million in profit coming in . At a PE ratio of 18 ( BAes ratio) it would equate to 7 billion added to the market cap. Ofcourse BAE wont let that happen and will buy out HARL for between £3.50 - £5.

The SP is ridiculously low. HARL have already turned down an offer for IM , which is 3 times its current market cap. They have the lions share of a £1.62 billion contract. Contracts will arrive, IM will be settled and the SP will rise. There is not a better time to get in.
