The technology transfer from Navantia is very important. Dont forget, Navantia has already delivered a highly advanced destroyer variant to the Spanish navy. I think when the type 32 frigate contract comes up for grabs, the MOD are going to be looking for a team with proven experience in delivering that level of technology.

This is true, however , it has secured a 2 billion contract with the MOD .It has turned down an offer for its Gas caverns project in Ireland, which was worth at least 3vtimes its market cap. That's a massive undervaluation on ant terms.
