did not expect it to drop this low...we'll see what happens, but as we can see the spread has gotten tighter ???

what i mean is that they get shares for their money...which they will sell at a discounted price ..that conversion part made no sense, because converting shares for money would simply mean selling(was working night shift flipping burgers somewhere)......but i dont know what i am talking about half the time so i dont even know why i am posing here tbh but,we get the conversion notice and the shares have been allready sold--why is that normal or logical..?? also it makes sense that they are selling, since usually we get these conversion notices when they are selling(REMEMBER-the last 300% spike)...as for them it does not matter when they convert in a sense that they would still get the same amount of money for it..now they are just running for the hills lol

and you base that opinion on what...fancy fintech tag...the point with these cln's is that darwin is selling.....clns mean they can convert an x amount of shares into money for an x price, darwin dont hold any shares after 12th..unless these are like forward sold or something...bit annoying tbh- isnt that literally lying to the market. or am i missing something..correct me if i am wrong

can only be a good thing, also on another note that is at least as important as this investment in here, is my advice on how to save even more money.it is by not going to the cinemas to watch suicide squad, as it was crap like most dc movies, i wish dc would make a movie like the interview, that would make fun of the supreme leader kim yong un, which in essence we all know would equate to self-destruction..i am also praying for my eyes to never feast upon such rubbish spider smiley-:: ::(

i think mr Confident Knowitall will be back later..but if i remember something about it it was for the conversion as well about 12 months...i dont know anything about director shares..as i cant remeber, and it takes too many clicks to read it from the adm doc atb

in the admission document it said, if my memory serves me correctly, that darwin MAY enter into a standstill agreement......and still the same carp on this board..sorry if a five percent rise is hardly a multibag..it wont multibag imo because traders are too quick to take profits..and a multibager would not even help some to break even..just think of a regular aim share. even with a semi-solid business plan you get a lot of dilution..that is the reason for aim listing...you will probaly get 2-5 years of nice and steady drop, provided with some nice reaction rallies, for traders lucky enough to take profits, and if the company is still up and running, you might look into what they are gonna do...so far they have nothing..sorry :(

there was some talk here before, that since us pis here dont have enough shares then we dont have much voting right, unless all of us are voting...also the resolution 8 approval o performance shares imo is not so bad, as it states there it is all subject to how many months/years people have been working in the business....is that the date from the 26th...???

true it is a gamble, would not recommend people buying in here yet though, as every rise seems to be fed into...One can only wonder what comes next month, but previous experience with the management don't inspire a lot...a lot of traders have gone in and out so far, all posting the same, and i dont see a reason questioning ones motives on these boards, better to focus on what he is saying non-holder or holder makes no difference ...dont you people think ????

trades stocks that make a profit, before you invest check the financials and see if there is anything unexpected..especially look for placings and any warrants..i buy on placing a lot..as it usually bounces...just an observation :) depending on the amount of money you have..if you can make 5-10% a week.you are doing excellent :)..never buy on a spike...you will be miserable for a couple of days if you do :)

what i am interested in is how much revenue this company is gonna get...take a look at ctag( example sorry) it took them years to finalise their product and bring it to the market, whether they are gonna make it is another story...but my point is. don't you at least find it suspicious that it seemed to create everything on last minute...bos global facebook page seems to be completely unactive as well...what i am saying is perhaps there is something else behind this, or bgl is trying to save his sorry ass--there is balance here :)

no offense milky..but if you really want to know, then perhaps you should read the admission document, i dont think a lot of people posting here ever did read it though, but that is none of my business...also aim is not bad for investing..simply the companies chosen by traders are not chosen for fundamentals, and that is what attracts newcomers as well i think at least :)

With that i agree..but on a more positive note, why do you think this share will rocked after the rto, when the company is clearly not valued as much currently as it will be on the day of rto ????
