i see that 6 grand buy pushed the price up again, there were over 6 of them yesterday i think. someone might be loading up here hinkais, we have received a takeover offer from constellation- their market cap is over 10b making them essentiall 1000 times bigger than us...based on 1x revenue our takeover price would be minimum 6p. however we have recenetly one new contracts and made significant progress imho so if revenues were bigger next year circa 20 million, then imo we would be paid max 12p imho

sounds like a steal now, the company said they did nor receive money from an investor who was fca regulated, and the company outsourced themselves, but 1.3 million i think was not received and now the company has cut ties with the investor. ps: placings have been going through at a premium there, check the rns, revenue expected quite soon as well

good news is graham is in there as well and he is into fundies more, i think he was in cpx from below 1p to 8p.... might be worth it at this level if he believes in the company, i will probably have some tomorrow in the morning if i can of course

the funding is the issue, check the bb there are some good posters they know better imo

worth considering it is a small cap company though and we could get a much higher price dont thin constellation would even notice the money dissappearing ...am i correct in saying constellation has a market cap of around 13 billion

for the company in 2015 was 12 million if the revenues are expected to be much sronger than that that would give us 24 to pay for the company...that would equate to about 9-10p... if revenues double..hopefully they pay out more though, do avoid a bidding war 12p max in that case mate imho :)

i accept your view, could be up to 20p but i see 6-8p being the absolute minimum and i hope for the best but prepare for the worse, that said minimum 50% gains coming from 4p then :)
