I think the seller has shorted the company so as he sells the shares at a lower price he makes more money in his short . " So the investor has bought shares 1000 at 4p and he needs to pay the broker £40 in a given time)
He then sells the 1000 shares at a loss at 2p and collects £20
What happens when the broker asks for his £40? The investor will be out of pocket by £20

They won’t need to buy back in because they have made their money. "but they still need to pay the broker "

I can confirm we are now acting as broker to Predator Oil & Gas.

Both the Company and BHC remain in a dialogue with Arato, who are fully aware of their disclosure requirements if and when they full due. If there are further conversions by Arato they will naturally have to advise the Company of this, who in turn would disclose to the market, as they have done previously.



Similarly, if Arato move through percentage points (up or down) in terms of their existing shareholding then obviously they will announce this also.

I have never heard of a T trade in my life before you mentioned them, So i guess someone who has bought PRD during placing have a buy now pay later, In the mean time, the investor keeps drip feeding his shares that he is paying 4P onto the market at a loss, So will this seller be looking at buying the shares back at some point in order to get back more shares than he had and get the benefit of getting more money for is investment. You might be better at explaining

Q I fully understand that your not allowed to give any sensitive company information, But would it be possible to give us updates and photos that you are allowed to help us investors understand on where we are now, We did expect a full year update in December.
A It did not happen because we were in the middle of a UKLA Prospectus for an over-subscribed fund raise. That Prospectus was uploaded to our website and is very comprehensive. We will not be providing anyone with information that is not in the public domain and never will. As for photographs our website was updated, including with a video of the rig, There are always copyright restrictions to consider and therefore it is not always possible to provide photos continuously.

As the largest shareholder management is absolutely aligned with that sentiment. Patience in a very difficult global environment is warranted right now but the Company is now in a period of up to 6 months of potentially transformational activities which it took 18 months of careful plodding to achieve against the volatility of other institutions in Trinidad and the unbelievable administrative burden of having to produce a 250-page document for UKLA prospectus purposes. Q As you know, We have seen delays in the Trinidad C02 projects which as investors can get frustrating and with lack of news flow on reasons why and going from the schedule in the 2018 presentation, We were suppose to be in production in June 2019.

ANobody foresaw that Petrotrin, the State Oil company, would go through not one but three re-organisations to create the new state oil company Heritage. Each new entity had a different Board. Each Board had to be presented with the CO2 Injection Plan for approval – subsequently each Board was fired. Once we finally got to the last Board things moved quickly and injection commenced in January and was announced. Given this we are now cautious about our announcements and timing thereof. There is now as of 19 February a very comprehensive Prospectus on our website which contains over 250 pages of detailed information including latest CPR’s. There are always unforeseen circumstances in business – no-one considered the Brexit result and impact on the Market; no-one foresaw the slow down in global economy due to Coronavirus etc. Steering a path through this is tricky, but the Company is now ell capitalised and poised for success in Morocco and Trinidad. That could never have been possible in the current climate without prudent and patient management. There are plenty of peer companies where shareholder values have been decimated during his volatile period.
Q Also now, we are getting reports of delays in Morocco with the Rigg still on another job and some investors expected a RNS giving us a update, But failed to arrive and some investors are now selling out and moving on which is now effecting the Share price.
A Mischievous rumour. There has never been any delays with the rig and this was confirmed by yesterday’s announcement. Very disappointing that you should even report this as clearly this was a mischievous rumour. SDX as updated the Market on their progress and that has been phenomenal. Clearly there is somebody out there who has absolutely no understanding of the business.

When your holding WMH shares at £2 and your at Max exposure and you see the share price drop everyday in 25% drops hoping for a blue day and the next thing you see is the SP at 28p, Now that was bad. Because of my strict rule, I refused to average down and now the SP is at 70p,

I am however buying up loads of cheap shares , Bought into all 3 super markets and bought into banking plus rentokil yesterday on the cheap, So building up a nice PF. However, PRD and cerp will be my last oilers

I wish i had a average under 3p , Best way to look at it , If you write the money off like i have now done and the same with WMH, then anything plus is a bonus , But depends on your exposure tbh and i am at the max but no more than 10% of my PF

Lets be honest here , the story that we bought into remains the same, its no fault of paul's that Joe soap has decided to sell his shares at a massive loss, If there was news to be given, We would have been told, We might be a day away from oil flow in trinidad and you can only issue a RNS if you have news, But after saying that, he should be trying to put peoples minds at ease.

Regards trinidad, they can check oil flows but keep the flow rate low while testing until we see a rise in oil price. GLA
