Jabba, why should bids be entitled to a loan? I am interested to hear, what has changed for bids that makes them entitled.
1. The brokers note states. Needs cash by the beginning of June, so that's the end of may.

3. Bids was in need of money long before the virus
4. Bids had not been effected by the virus, in fact they are benefitting from the virus,

Companies that need money are companies that are profit making, but unable to operate, i.e. Joe blogs coffee shop with a decent turn over, but unable to open.
These companies will be able to pay back the loan, can bids pay back a loan? I don't think. So.
