As you know, We have seen delays in the Trinidad C02 projects which as investors can get frustrating and with lack of news flow on reasons why and going from the schedule in the 2018 presentation, We were suppose to be in production in June 2019.

Nobody foresaw that Petrotrin, the State Oil company, would go through not one but three re-organisations to create the new state oil company Heritage. Each new entity had a different Board. Each Board had to be presented with the CO2 Injection Plan for approval – subsequently each Board was fired. Once we finally got to the last Board things moved quickly and injection commenced in January and was announced. Given this we are now cautious about our announcements and timing thereof. There is now as of 19 February a very comprehensive Prospectus on our website which contains over 250 pages of detailed information including latest CPR’s. There are always unforeseen circumstances in business – no-one considered the Brexit result and impact on the Market; no-one foresaw the slow down in global economy due to Coronavirus etc. Steering a path through this is tricky, but the Company is now ell capitalised and poised for success in Morocco and Trinidad. That could never have been possible in the current climate without prudent and patient management. There are plenty of peer companies wherr shareholder values have been decimated during his volatile period.

blissful, After been invested in PRD since 2018, I think that i have learnt enough. I could list a few things, But i won't, But i will leave you with one, Revenue from Trinidad June 2019 with no reason for the delay until Jan 2020 when Prd needed to raise cash, So patience is a bit thin

They will not be able to drill from day one, So IMO it will be anytime within 3 months with arranging the teams to travel to Morocco, to checking the equipment to arriving on site and that will take a few weeks, Most important, Prd is next in line for the drill, So 3 months will be max time.

I am only a very small part of this community and my contribution is little compared to others.

Those Videos were priceless to me, filled me with Joy hearing from the specialists that had no connection to PRD at the time.

The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago (Energy Chamber) recently held a luncheon on boosting oil production in March. Feature speaker and independent oil producer and energy consultant, Dr. Krishna Persad, presented on initiatives for a carbon dioxide policy for enhanced oil recovery.

Dr. Persad indicated that EOR through CO2 is a viable opportunity for Trinidad and Tobago especially given its carbon footprint and its relatively close location to onshore fields. He said that CO2 is produced in large quantities as a byproduct of the ammonia sector and also as flue gas from other manufacturing operations and power generation, and the vast majority is vented into the atmosphere.

To use the CO2 from the Point Lisas Industrial Estate, there will be need for policy and regulation from the government. He also said that additional infrastructure will also be needed for purification of the gas, and transmission and distribution to the field.

In the 1980s, CO2 from ammonia was used for EOR, however, the project did not continue due to failure of the pipeline.

Dr. Persad indicated that there are significant quantities of oil in place onshore Trinidad still, and using enhanced oil recovery is critical for extracting the resource. This, he says, is critical for increasing oil production in the country.

He also indicated that the government should change the rules and require companies to abandon wells of depleted fields. He said that they should ensure that wells are suspended or kept in a manner which will facilitate future EOR/sequestration.
