Hi Joe, I have yet to lift of the old mounted oil boiler but not sure on the weight of it and I don't want to risk taking it of the mountings in case I end up letting go and causing injury and damage plus I have the flue going through the roof and I need to put new tiles and felt over the hole that where the flue sits, after that I need to make good the cupboard where the boiler was, so still lots to do and after that I need to buy a new bath panel due to the pipes having to go under the bath, the list goes on. Finished just up from yesterday. Regards trt, I think the fundamentals are good, might buy soon

Regards the Bonds, I also have 50K, i think my best month would be £125 CRAP recently june july nothing and Aug £25 , Total crap, But i had month after month of 3 X £25
