I don't think the vote will effect Boo, it will be banks and ftse100. really be interesting to do research on past key dates, but i understand your concerns regards the vote and results on the same day. You can look at it this way, If you sold now, you would get 190, If you get a 10 rise on Tuesday, that would give you 209, Maybe the markets will go down 3%, so you would have a SP of around 202 on Wednesday morning which is better than the 190 we have now, Its all a risk and i will still be holding Tuesday.

I would imagine that the 180% rise will be from his start date, so John Lyttle will be hoping that the share price goes down before starting, unless they have agreed already the SP, might be from the years low, Guess we wont know, but going on todays price, that would mean a share price of 485 in 5 years.

If virgin is loaning money to flybe, then imo, this deal will go a head

cant understand people buying and selling flybe if its only worth a penny, i bailed out at 4 this morning

Loc, Guess who was holding Flybe ;-( Luckily it was a punt, so didn't loose to much, but todays risers are making up for it.

Happy to be out at 3.76, I feel lucky with loosing £600 having bought at 24p and investing £700, it was a punt and got caught on a spike when i bought.
Feel sorry for the people who has 1000's in the share, thats why if i go for a punt, its with less than a grand.

2 or 3% on some stocks

same applies to all shares imo, i am not going to sell all my shares during next Tuesday in my PF and in fact the news wont make much difference, maybe 2 or 3 5 on some stocks going by what happen during other votes,
which ever way the vote goes, will be bad.

There was 4 of us holding Boo,, 2 sold out around 220, me and another of the group held on until the 245 before selling.

Bought more this morning, I do have a target price of 230 to achieve my goal, But will see how the price goes and like you said, it was over a few days to reach 245.

my sell price is around the 220 to 240 mark, depending on what the results say, then guru can move and and get the price down in order to get back in on the cheap.
