Whilst AIG is technically linked with flight it is very different in terms of comparison. RR is a manufacturer and supplier. AIG is basically a user. Compare RR to Pratt’s and GE for straight comparison or at least others engineering commercial enterprises of a similar size.
Billston I did retire early ... Don’t tend to so speak about it to be fair but unlike yourself have invested in many companies.. That didn’t allow me to retire early to be fair it was a professional job and inheritance but there you go ...... Like to play though ....
Personally not in profit yet so I will hold. Unless I read where it’s going to be really bad then I would offload. I think it’s baked in and surprises happen....

I know many are pi...d off but on reflection the finish ain’t bad if you look at the markets. They have dropping all week and many shares have suffered. My portfolio looks like a box of frogs but I have faith thing will pick up including RR.
