So I found many examples of companies being forced into offer period following actual formal bids - Boom doesn't seem to have a formal offer but Tottenham FC are currently in a 1 month offer period because of some informal interest (which actually seems to have some substance)

I'm not really sure what the purpose of a 10 day window is, is it is a legal requirement to make a formal bid or why wouldn't you wait and do it on your own terms?

But if a potential buyer has accumulated 1% but under 3% for TR1 then they'll get found out

About time we found out just how sticky these shares are and the transparency would definitely boost the SP

We didn't get a chance to find out what value they added to the Adelicious network, would have a been a good test case because apply their tech to a billion dollar company and value-add could be astronomical

But obviously smart bidders will know the value Audioboom can add to their network, the goodwill is going to be massive
