Optimist I thought I had mentioned it before in my previous ramblings. IMO it could be easy for a dedicated individual working together to sell big to keep the SP at bay, and trickle buy when low.

Look at the end of the day I am 100% behind MVR the BOD and your mate.

AM doesn't help the situation by not delivering, which may cause panic or serious questions been asked.

If it was my company and I was unable to keep a promise or deliver etc. I would let stakeholders know why etc.

Anyway about 6-7 months ago I was told by a friend of a friend that they are going to keep the SP around 5p (I believe I've mentioned this in a previous post). At the time I thought what a load of bull.

So how do you do this:

1. Say something is coming soon and don't deliver.
2. Say your going do do something on a given date and don't
3. Sell millions of shares as soon has the SP goes up.

What do I know

Italian, I know the so called "opportunistic pratt" took advantage of the situation and why not. What company issues notices for a new company name without actually registering it first. Totally bad management in regards to this situation. Having run 2 companies and doing my own filling there is no excuse, heads should role. Optimist you won't get your wish though.

The domain name is still parked and no postings to companies house. Generally you would have expected the paper work to be ready to process once the resolution for the name change was passed.

IMO, I think this share should be a little high than it is, no sooner it goes up with news, within days it is back down. Someone maybe controlling the SP in order for a cheap takeover. But what do I know
