Personally I want to see what looks like a bear flag back up to 20. Slight dip. Then news and higher high. That will confirm the start of a sustainable uptrend.

We are starting to see biotech microcaps here and across the pond turnaround. Mining explorers are similarly risky and should be next in line. It’s the funded ones with good assets you want.
