I agree with you there are no major IIs invested in SYME.

Curiously on Simply Wall Street, the top 25 shareholders of Syme doesn’t include Hargreaves Lansdown, AJ Bell or Interactive Investor three of UK’s largest retail investor platforms.

My point was GEX haven’t stopped new allegations being published.

Amusingly your TW allegations are even older than the GEX ones

TW continues to publish new allegations about the honesty of key Directors at GEX.

Either GEX haven’t yet written FCA or FCA have decided to take no action.

I have worked on providing written evidence for a financial sector fraud trial, so yes I do understand some of the key elements of the process. The judge in the case agreed that the evidence proved the fraudulent acts occurred.

Contrary to your statements, I have never had inside information on SYME nor have I traded the shares or any financial instruments linked to SYME shares.

Ironically if you had read my posts which have pretty much been consistently negative on SYME for over 4 years you might not have lost your money.

Perhaps you could inform readers of whether you have any shareholder support / funding / legal support for your case?

Pursuing a legal case against a listed company and its Directors requires deep pockets.

So you would need a large number of shareholders or a few wealthy shareholders who are prepared and able to fund the case or a legal firm who will fund a no win no fee case. The latter are only going to support a case which they believe has a high chance of winning.

I doubt that Savvy’s ramblings and conspiracy theories will ever win any real financial support from any legal firm to pursue a case.

You say there is no charge on 1AF2 (a 100% TAG subsidiary) loan due to Eight Capital Partners Plc.

Odd then that the audited accounts of Eight Capital talk about the charge in a number of places. It the largest asset on the balance sheet of Eight and a Key Audit Matter so it wouldn't have been overlooked by the auditors.

The 1AF2 filings at Companies House have a 120 page charge document certified by a law firm and electronically signed by Alessandro Zamboni in front of a witness .

The bond was also listed on Vienna Stock Exchange but that has been deleted as Bond has passed maturity date.

Strange to have all that public evidence for a non existent loan and charge.

The charge does exist it arose when AZ brought DW's stake in TAG held by IWEP in exchange for a IWEP loan. IWEP then sold part of 1AF2 loan to Eight funded by an loan from IWEP.

The reason the charge hasn't been settled is because TAG don't have the full monies owed to pay monies owed.

I don’t see regulators stepping in due to SYME having no auditor.

Sifal formerly Dispensa, a Dominic White company, lost its auditor on 26 February 2024, was then taken private but still hasn’t produced its accounts to 31 December 2023.

RegTechOpen Project has lost its auditor on 23 July 2024 and is now suspended until such time as it produces audited accounts to 30 June 2024. It also has no CEO or CFO to add to its challenges. The dynamic due of Albert and Alessandro have not given an update on business and cash position for months.

Supply could go same was as Reg Tech but it has until end of April 2025 and is more likely to run out of cash before then unless it can raise some funds.

SYME is too small a company for regulator to take any notice.

You mean the Prospectus which showed Proforma net assets and now they have reported interim net liabilities?

You cite cash of £4.5 million as support for market cap but you ignore the fact that net liabilities are £2.1 million i.e Georgina is technically insolvent.

Some of the liabilities might be convertible loans but Georgina couldn’t be bothered to disclose anything about creditors so shareholders don’t really know how difficult the net liability position is.

Premier 2020 if you look in notes the RTO money of £4+ million didn’t come in until August, it sittting in receivables in the balance sheet

Premier Miton per their holding RNS of 1 August first recorded 8.8% on 30 July when new GEX shares were admitted per Prospectus. Previous holding N/A.

Looks like Georgina website was wrong.

I see that TW has ignored GEX’s threat of speaking to the FCA and keeps publishing new stuff that is critical of directors and company.

I wonder if Georgina will get its lawyers involved.

There is a lot of innovation in finance with derivatives and securitisation being two examples of huge new areas of finance.

1AF2 is the company that owes Eight and IWEP €73 million.

The last filed accounts show that it was £3 million short, if you value the 8 billion Supply shares at current price that shortfall is now £14 million.

Most of the assets are a £41 million guarantee from TAG who knows if they are now good for the money? I suspect there not if there were they would have paid up and also paid Supply and RTOP their cash as well.

The debt which was supposed to be paid on 22 July remains outstanding by 1AF2.

I hope the person who encouraged you to buy didn’t have inside information.

Buying an individual share with debt is very high risk especially when the share is for a fin tech start up with minimal revenues.
