I think roughly the same amount of shares has been purchased as the placing. The sp has only moved on 3rd party buys. Its some quick way of extracting the cash from us all I believe.

do you think this is oversold Snick? Re-read the RNS this morning. We might have 30% of the sale of LC and 30% could be large. The new CO is private so I assume that it cant be diluted?...anyway please let us know your thoughts.

Please can someone who is knowledgeable about these things suggest what, if anything that can be done by shareholders. I realise we first need clarification regarding the deal.
