real dark forces here. You have BMD saying WN B1-zis a duster, but it isn't. Its a wet well, they just have to do more wok to get a flow and will br revisiting. He called a placing weeks ago, bit it didn't happen. Tom Winnifrith states a placing is underway, the company say they are only taking market soundings. Tom then states the Director is a third party involved in the Royalties, he is not. To date, there has been NO confirmed placing. People on here calling the CEO over on all the above and nine of it is so far correct. I have checked on DB's Nighthawk involvement, they went pop years after he left and when he did, they were very well funded and actually turned down a massive offer for the company (probably why he left). People saying he's achieved nothing? Seems to me he as amassed some world class assets and taken a small AIM oiler to profitability. Ok, at cost to shareholders along the way, but that is the market. Aim is for gamblers, you have to time your bets in between placings to win.

Can't see any way he can prevent a leak. These brokers all chat. If their mates are invested they are going to pre-warn them. If you had a good friend that had £30k of his savings in a company and you knew that value could potentially halve, wouldn't you tio them the nod? The problem is, BMD, Tom Winnifrith and others have close contacts in this industry and get to hear it. They are only interested in a scoop or letting their chums know in advance. It is impossible to keep it quiet, I would love to hear someone come uo with a resolution to this instead of laying the blame at DB's door.

In my opinion it stops with the brokers and their investors. Really cannot see what DB can do about anything that transpires once he has told them. He's obviously not calling up Tom Winnifrith or BMD to give them the information knowing they would use ot to trash the SP. Some people really need to use a bit of the grey stuff on this matter.

£5m on a placing, that would increase the shares in issue to about 120 million (I think). If then they were producing 300 barrels per day from Wressle, side tracked Keddington and added a further 150 barrels oer day to the pot, the incoming would be simply stunning imo. I'm not sure about West Newton, it isn't looking overly inspiring but if they announce gas or oil or both, this will go into orbit. I think maybe they are struggling though at WN so I am basing my investment on Wressle, Kettington and Biscathorpe at the moment.

Logic would argue that one Tigra. When you look at UKOG, NTOG, EDR and many other small AIM oilers, none have the assets this board have accumulated. Good quality, near term assets too, company moving to profitability, a few very easy presently flowing oil assets that can be easily converted to additional revenue. This board have done achieved more than most on AIM and if nothing else, have secured their financial future even if they never did anything else with their assets. Thats the way Insee it and them and no, I am not praising the management, it is as it is.

Say it as I see it son, can you argue against any of my points? Nobody likes a placing and it getting leaked out yet again is a pi*stake but the fact remains, right now at these levels its a buy for me. It stinks of high revenues to come and for that reason I am in.

I've seen a few comments elsewhere about 4 tankers taking oil away, and the statement second only to Wytch farm is a very strong one. Could be in for a nice surprise with this.

Todays communication is so rapid and there are so many bent people in the industry that if you have a mate woth a load of shares you are going to tell him. There is absolutely no advantage to any CEO to have his reputation and share price intentiaonally trashed. None whatsoever.
