Ninetails, there's no doubt in my mind a leak is not coming from anyone UJO. The company is small with four excellent directors who would gain nothing by risking news of a placing being passed to anyone but the brokers. Why would any of them, all in their 70's, take a risk like that and to what advantage?

Why people cannot understand that they have to notify the brokers to undertake a market sounding is beyond me and that any leak takes place from there onwards.

Why Union Jack Oil seem to have more then their fair share of this is down to the fact certain people who seem to get this information and leak it to Twitter, know the liquidity of the company allows tremendous trading opportunities. Leak a placing and then keep adding to the news with anything negative, then throw in posters on these bulletin boards and that SP is bound to plummet, allowing the traders to have a blast at the expense of long term, loyal shareholders.

When you approach the broker, sadly, they then need to approach their investors/institutions etc.

What the answer is to this I really don't know. But blaming David Bramhill, calling for his removal, hurling abuse etc is not the answer, in fact, it likely puts any new investors off.

I believe the company has now reached a landmark position. A profitable, revenue generating entity with the assets and ability to increase this exponentially.

Time will tell but I think the good times are about to roll!

You'd have to be a little cynical to believe one of four 70 year olds who don't need the money but do want success for the company would actually leak information. Anyone else, but not them. If you feel defending the three amigo's is a better bet, well, good luck!

Daniel Levi has previously admitted to receiving information from his friends in various brokers, he works with Tom Winnifrith on the pump and dumps, sharing information. Nothing is ever done, FCA not interested. Placinig information is not coming from the four directors of Union Jack. They are all in their 70's and not of an era whereby they would risk their reputations leaking anything. How did Tom winnifrith discover the placing price and the exact amount raised? Leaks are from within, but not from within the company.

Three who are not only working together to destroy shareholder value in their quest to trade this stock, they are also getting broker information to do it. Strange when the company is on the cusp of profitability, Winnifrith leaks a placing. No doubt he messed up a week earlier when he was recommending his followers to buy. Only way out was to tell them to sell, leak the raise, add to it with some rubbish about an underhanded third party involvement then, the day the placing is announced, when it didn't plummet as he expected, get another of his stooges to write a disparaging article about the company in an effort to push the SP down so all his mates could then re-buy. Look at the buys today, 2.7 million. How can David Bramhill compete with these ars*holes when they are getting info from potentially someone within the company brokers or certainly their contacts when they sound the financing out? The whole system is corrupt and it's a shame that a company that is producing a decent amount of oil, has great assets to develop and is now profitable is being hammered to death by people who are only interested in making money by any means, aided by people who post incessant negativity on social media. There are people on here that are no doubt working under the Share Prophets umbrella, backing up their articles to drive the share price down. Targeting any positive posts that are added here. Spotting them isn't really that difficult!

Keddington is worth 15 barrels and Fiskerton another 3, so total oil oer day approximately 318.

Present oil price $75 equates to $8,705,250 which is £6,370, 501 not taking into account bopd equivalent of gas.

Ok, have a moan about a placing but it's done. Surely as a shareholder it doesn't make sense to keep bashing, ****ging the management, abusing fellow posters. Which brings me to the point, most of you are NOT shareholders.

The problem is 'we' do not know why DB has raised via a placing or really what for. He is there to make the decisions he sees as best for the company. Everyone has jumped on the bandwagon of abuse, guilty without a trial.

I prefer to believe the bloke, his board, his advisors and the broker and Nomad are in agreeance this raise is required.

I would like to think the board, who are all over 70 are not in need of the cash, so people's accusations of a lifestyle company couldn't be further from the truth imo. They could all be senile I suppose lol.

From what I understand, in taking Humbers share, they also took their liability to Calmar, I am sure I read that! Therefore they have to stump up £2m.

I believe 100% they come from the Broker when they sound out their clients. It is the obvious answer and the most logical. Is it just SP Angel that have clients who leak info or is any other broker going to have the same issues when farming out the offer? The only answer imo would be to change brokers and see.
