What is stopping one of the large food ingredient companies making nano particles of salt and selling it into their existing distribution channels. You cannot patent nano-salt, only how you make it. So what stops companies with billions in revenue finding an alternative way of making nano-salt that doesn’t infringe on the patent once they know there is a market for it. A ready made one for them.

I am invested, but salt was not the reason for my investment. PLease change my mind.

I'm unsure how big this salt thing can be. From what I have researched on McDonalds Salt is one of the items the stores are free to purchase locally unlike patties and chips. They also have the option to purchase centrally. It was hard to get figures on salt but I think 50Kg per store per week is a fair assumption. 37K stores @50kg that's only 1800 tonnes of salt a week assuming all sotroes are forced doesnt seem a lot to me in terms of revenue relative to to the share price. On POC could be multiples of that.

From what I understood takes 7 to 14 days for antibodies to be produced. Like I said only a PCR test will dectect early satge virus but after 7 to 14 days an antibody test will work. BTW I am not a madical prfessionsal I can only take from what I read.

What I mean by the same space is testing for COVID 19. I think there is an overlap between antigen tests and antibody tests.
PCR test are successful at being able to detect the virus early and before antibodies are present. There will be a period of time where a PCR test and a Antibody test can detect a live virus. After you no longer have the virus an antibody test is best imo.
I see that everyone who presents to hospital regardless of ailment will receive a PCR test in the interests of patient safety. It’s the middle ground that will be interesting. They both are needed and they both have there part to play.

No its a PCR test but they're all in the same space.
A PCR will detect if you have the disease earlier than an antibody test can. So more useful for testing those showing symptoms.
An antibody test may be more beneficial to see if you have ever had it as apposed to having it.

Roche's test is administered Intravenously, needed nurses/trained clinicians at the least.
Nova's is a swab test you could theoretically administer your self. There will be a large cost difference in administering both.
Also remember no one company is goin to be able to supply the market it's going to be in th ebillions of test's required globally.

Totally agree. I followed the money here in the intent to make a quick profit. In and out in a day. I did that. After doing research I bought back in with the profits on the drop from 15 as I see serious LT potential. I think the sudden rise was a a covid play and everyone wanting the next Nova. RNS was good and I belive there was also a cautionary tone regarding betting on the COVID play. Just my opion, hope I am wrong and it takes off, who wouldnt want that but I am in it for the long haul now. IMHO DYOR

They may have a vaccine that works in 3 months but It will 10-12months before it approved and on the market that's assumoing they can scale up and have themanufacturing capacity. There will be no vaccine this year. People have idea what is is required to scale up and produce waht will be wel in excess of a billion vaccines required.

It only drops if people sell, stop selling and hold. Just hoover up the cheap shares and give them a dig in the balls. Wont be so cute the next time. It's also MM's job to make money by setting the spread accordingly. They make killings on high volume.
