My understanding is that CNA is now holding CNA-Buy-Back-shares,
then will just re-distributes some of these to those Share-holders using their dividend
to buy (more) CNA-shares: Nice little loop - effectively keeping the cash, no new shares,
merely a re-distribution...& we're all happy to see SP increase.
