My gut feeling is that a target of 5m by 2025 is more realistic, and 10m by 2030, but only if LHR runway 3 is not built for the 10m target.

Maybe. Maybe the revised 'on the register date' for the final dividend has added buys this side of Christmas. However according to the figures on here, a massive disparity between sells and buys that don't reflect the shareprice rise today.
